1. Candidate Profile Overview

Pipeline

In the Candidate pipeline you can see the possible stages your candidate is in various applications. You can check if you spec’ed/floated your candidate and even have a visual representation of the tasks involving your candidate.

Candidate Profile Header

Many key details can be found here, including the candidate name, job title, current employer, current address, contact details, time since last activity, whether they have an original CV uploaded, brand of the candidate, current status and candidate owner.

Did you know? You can access their social media profiles in the upper right hand corner! If the symbol is gray you only need to manually enter their personal links.

Candidate Actions

Check the upper right hand corner to find many quick actions you can apply to your candidate.

Talent pools: In this section you can add the candidate into existing talent pools or see the Pools they are currently a part of.

Executive Brief: Here you can type key details about the candidate, which you have the option to include in the LiveList.

2. Summary

The summary tab can be completely customized by your administrators in the Field Configuration part of Settings. To find out how to do this, click HERE. By default it will show:

🔥 PRO TIP: Has your candidate recently switched to a different company and you'd like to see this inside the system?

From the candidate’s profile summary, we have a work history section. You might have configured this in a different way, but usually, this is found in the Summary tab from inside the candidate’s profile.

From the candidate’s work history section, simply update the new employer.

🔥IMPORTANT: Don’t forget to tick the box beside the field that is labeled “Current Employer” to reflect this.

3. Onboarding

Here you can choose the country that your candidate is located in, and see the relevant onboarding fields for that location. Learn how to configure this HERE

4. Work Aspirations

Here you can enter all of the candidate's desired information including location, industry, and functional expertise. Maybe your candidate wants to work in a new country/location! You can enter that information here!

5. Activities

Want to see what's been happening with this candidate? Take a look here, you will see all meetings, comments, and actions taken on the candidate, and see exactly who in your company did the action and when.

6. Emails

As long as your email account is connected (see HERE for information on how to do this) any email correspondence you have had with the candidate will show in this tab, including the sent date, time, content of the email, attachments, and which consultant sent the email.

7. SMS

This section will involve any SMS correspondence between your company and the candidate. If you’re interested in utilizing our SMS feature see the help center on how to set up a Twilio account (Twillio is a third party app and requires a separate subscription). For more information on Twilio click HERE

8. Files

Here you will see any files related to this candidate, including documents that have been uploaded by consultants, formatted resumes, and timesheets (if you are using Pay&Bill).

9. Applications

This is broken down into Jobs, Offers/Placed, Timesheets, and Pay & Bill.

- Jobs: View the jobs the candidate is an active candidate for

- Offers/Placed: Applications where the candidate is at the Offered or Placed status

- Timesheets: Any timesheets associated with that candidate

- Pay & Bill: Any invoices relating to that candidate

10. Availability

This is where you can see the availability calendar of the candidate, which can either be requested from the candidate or completed by the recruiter through email. You can read all about this HERE
