A complete overview of the Job profile

Here is where you can find an overview of all the important details of your job.

  • In the top left are key details, including the company name, contact, and whether the job is open/closed.

  • In the top right, you will see the posting Status, which brand the job is associated with, Job URL, Livelist status, and relevant social media links if uploaded.

  • The middle will contain the headcount, time since the last activity, and forecast fee.

🎯 Job Brief: Here you can type key details about the job.

🎯 Job Status:

  • Stage l Status, Active applications, Headcount, Job Category, Purchase order number, Sourcing Open date, Sourcing closing date, Submission date, Submission time, submission limit, Job Start date, and Job End date.

🎯 Job Details:

  • Title, Internal recruiter, Site Manager (report to), Agencies-Partners, Job type, Perm subtype, Emp type, Skills/keywords, industry, Sub Industry, functional expertise, sub functional expertise, Job location, Job posting, Manuak Job boards, Job owner, Job owner's location, created by, Reg. Date, Last updated on.

🎯 Fasttrack 360: (only available if you have the FT360 Integration)

  • Cost Center, Job site location.

🎯 Groups: Brands, Branches, Teams, Divisions.

🎯 Company Information: Company Name, Contact, Phone Numbers, Contact Email.

🎯 Forecasting:

  • % chance of placement, Forecast fee by, Projected placement date, Difficulty level, Reason for Difficulty.

Here you will see any fields that you have configured by yourself.

β­• Descriptions & Ratings

Here you can upload a job description and fill in other details about the job.

  • Original Document: This is the original document you uploaded.

  • Job Summary: This will be visible on the Job Portal in the summary of the advert

  • Public Job Description: This will be public online - so make sure there are no confidential details here.

  • Internal Job Description: This is for internal eyes only.

  • Ratings & Screening Questions: Where you can choose competencies to rate your candidates on and add screening questions to filter out unsuitable candidates.

  • Job Application form: To build or customize your Job Application forms, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the Engagement Hub

    2. Navigate to Job portal settings.

    3. When a candidate applies for this job, a PDF copy of this application form will be saved to the candidate record under the Files tab.

✨ Candidate Scoring with Access Evo (Beta)

Access Evo continues to support recruiters in making faster, more informed hiring decisions with enhanced AI-powered candidate scoring.

  • This feature helps assess candidates based on CVs, skills, and job descriptions - right from the Job Profile or Job Lead profile.

Recruiters can now score up to 25 candidates at a time, using selected criteria such as:

  • CV/Resume (default option)

  • Candidate Brief (Executive Brief tab)

  • Additional Info (Skills, Industry, Functional Expertise, etc.)

Each candidate is rated on a 1–5 star scale, with AI-generated feedback that includes:

  • Key Candidate Highlights.

  • Suggested interview questions.

  • Noted gaps or missing requirements.

Scores are displayed in the AI Candidate Score column, which can be added to your job profile view.

  • Saves time by automating initial candidate evaluations.

  • Improves objectivity with data-backed insights.

  • Surfaces top talent quickly by ranking best-fit candidates.

⚠️ Things to Note

  • Candidates can only be scored once per job.

  • AI feedback is read-only.

  • Make sure to enable the AI Candidate Score column in the job table to view the results.

β­• Compensation & Fees

This is where you can access and modify all the financial details related to the role, such as salary and fees.

β­• Activities

Curious about the job's activity? Check here to view all meetings, comments, and actions taken on the role. You'll see who in your company performed each action and when it occurred.

β­• Files

In the files section, you'll find various documents related to this job, including the uploaded job description. You can also add other documents like employment or compensation files to stay organized.

To add other documents, please follow the steps below:

  1. Simply specify the document type.

  2. Then click upload in the upper right corner.

β­• Onboarding

Here, you can select the required documents for your roles, such as application forms or passport photocopies.


β­• Approval Process

If your company has an internal approval process for offers, this is where you can choose the approver for your role.


β­• Pipeline

At the top of every job, you will be able to see the pipeline for that specific job and be able to quickly see how many candidates you have at each stage of the process.

When in the Job Profile section, you'll notice an action bar in the upper right that you can utilize. Actions can be performed against the job in question.

When you integrate with these companies, such as RECII, SMARTAI, WAVETRACKR, MY PEOPLE, RSIGN, and others.
