This article is relevant only for customers who have access to the Job Portal module on Vincere Portals (Digital)
Open the Job Portal or the Jobs Page in the Customizer as an Admin user
Scroll down to the Job listing area in the Main Content / Page Content and click on the title of the job that appears at the top
Important Note: If you do not see any jobs in the Job Listing:
Go to your Vincere tenant to check if jobs have been posted. Click here for more information on how to post a job from Vincere.
If jobs are posted, you can check the Static Filter on the left-hand side for any applied filters > Toggle off or remove any filters as needed.
The Customizer of the Job Details (Single Job) page will open

Updates made to the Header on this page will reflect across all pages. If you've previously set up the Header on the Job Portal page, there is no need to repeat this for the Job Details page.

This is where you can configure the banner image and the Open Job text in the Headline area

Click on the plus icon next to the area title to add a new widget
On the left-hand side, click on the plus icon to add a new widget
The widget library will open. Scroll down to the Visual section and select Headline
Disable the Add to Current Page Only toggle
In the Widget Title field, enter a title to differentiate the Headline widget for Job Details page.
In the Add to Specific Pages field, search for Job Single and select from the dropdown option
Click on Create Widget
Upload a banner image or a banner video to replace the current placeholder image. You have the option to upload multiple images to create a rotating banner

Important Notes: To apply a new Text widget to all job details pages, you need to remove the sample Text widget labelled "Open Job".
The Text in the Headline area on the Job Portal page will also be removed. However, follow the steps below to add the Text widget back to the Job Portal page. In Step 8, choose "Job Listing" to apply the Text widget to the Job Portal page.
Mouse over to the Text widget and click on the trash icon to delete the sample Text
A Warning will pop up. Select Confirm to delete the widget
Note: If you prefer not to include any text in the Headline area, skip the below steps of adding a Text widget.

On the left-hand side, click on the plus icon to add a new widget
The widget library will open. Scroll down to the Visual section and select Text
Disable the Add to Current Page Only toggle
In the Widget Title field, enter a title to differentiate the Text widget for Job Details page.
In the Add to Specific Pages field, search for Job Single and select from the dropdown option
Click on Create Widget
In the Title field, enter the text you want to show in the Headline area. You can also toggle off Description, Icon and Button if not needed.

This is where you can customize the Job Details displayed on the Job Details page.

Click on the plus icon next to the area title to add a new widget
On the left-hand side, click on Job widget
Here, you can toggle ON/OFF Job Info for your Job's details page
Important Note: Make sure to keep the Override Widget Setting OFF when editing to apply changes to all Job Details pages
Job Info toggles:
Title - This is the Job Title
Description - This is the "Job Description" heading above the job description text
Publishing Date - The date the job was made Public in Vincere
Location - This displays the Town / City of the Job Location inside Vincere.
Note: You have the flexibility to input any text into the Town/City field within Vincere to display as the "Location" on Portals' Job Details page.
Job Info - Toggle on/off the Job Info you want to show/hide on the Job Details page.
Notes: You can also edit the title of the Job Info.
If the Salary field in Vincere is blank, it will show as ‘Negotiable’ by default, but you can also edit the displayed text.
Recruiter - This displays the job owner in Vincere. Key information is pulled from the User Settings.
Apply Button and Save Button - Edit and style both the Apply Button and Save Button, including adjusting the displayed text.

This section allows you to configure the popup forms when candidates apply for a job.
Click on the Open Application Form button in the Preview area to open the Forms Preview (Important Note: open the Widget configuration before opening the Forms Preview).
