Vincere Portals allows you to configure what to show or hide on the job listing page. This includes filters for your faceted search and details on the job listing page.

For the Job Faceted Widget, you can customize the Filters and Listings.

Go to the Job Portal or to the job single page, select the Main Content area and click the Job Search Widget.

1/ Filters

This refers to the facets on the left hand side. You can show or hide Industry, Expertise, Job Types, Salary Types and Salary.

Industry and Expertise are the tags that you set for the job.

To check if your jobs are tagged correctly:

  1. Open the Job's details page inside Vincere

  2. Navigate to Job Details section > Industry, Sub Industry, Functional Expertise, Sub Functional Expertise.

2/ Listings

This refers to the job details such as title, description, salary, location, etc. You can show or hide these by clicking on the tick box.

Here’s a quick guide on what fields in Vincere the Listing items are from:

Field Title in Digital

Salary / rate per month field

Actual Salary (not ticked)

Salary from - to range

Note: If the salary field is empty, Digital will label it as “negotiable”. You can update the text by going to the Listing section and look for the ‘Empty Salary Text’ field.

a. Apply Button - This button allows you to customise the styling of the Apply button in the job listing page. You can choose between Normal, Outline or No Styling.

b. Save button - Allows you to customise the styling of the Save button in the job listing page. You can choose between Normal, Outline or No Styling.

🔥 Tip: You can choose from the ‘icons’ library to use an icon button rather than a text.

For the Single Page Search widget, you can customize the Search form and Search results:

1/ Search Form

a. Search fields - Click the Advanced Search button in the preview area to see the search fields. Tick the box to show or hide the fields.

2/ Search Result

a. Preview Box

Click the downward arrow to see more configuration options.

b. Teasers Box

Click the downward arrow to see more configuration options.

🔥 Quick Tip: Click the ‘brush’ icon to set the styling of the element

Hit the Preview button to see the changes before publishing the page.

When you’re ready, hit Publish.
