How to access Emails in Vincere

To access your emails in Vincere, you can go to the left-hand side panel and click the email Icon.

This will take you to the Vincere Email screen below

The emails you will see synced here will be synced from your connected email. To learn more about how to connect your email, please refer to our help article here

Creating a new Email

Clicking on the + Create New Email button will allow you to compose a new email without the use of any templates.

Adding Email Recipients

To add email recipients, you can either type at least 3 letters to call a list of suggestions from existing Contacts and Candidates in the system:

Or manually type the email address and press enter to add it to the list

Navigating Emails

Inbox - This will display all the currently synced email from your connected email's Inbox items.

Starred -This will display all the emails that you marked with the star icon, making it easier to see relevant emails

Sent - This will display all the currently synced email from your connected email's Sent items.

Draft - This will store any unfinished email that you choose to save before closing an email window.

The prompt below will ask you if you would like to save the email as a draft. Clicking No will discard the email.

Note: we would not be able to retrieve the draft message you typed if you click No

Header functions

Email Search

You want to find a specific email? You can use the email search box to type the name of the sender, email address or a subject line to search for an email.

Manual Refresh

Clicking the refresh button will initiate a manual refresh and connection with your connected email.

Note: If you have a large amount of emails to Sync, this may take some time

Date Range

You can also filter emails based on date. Just click the Email Date button and select the date from the calendar

You can also filter read/unread emails as well as those with attachments:

Email Actions

When you select an email, a list of actions will be available to you:

  • Create Contact - This will create a new Contact profile using the email address of the sender

  • Create Candidate - This will create a new Candidate profile using the email address of the sender

  • Mark All as read - Marks all the email selected as read
    ​Mark all as Unread - Marks all the email selected as unread

  • Delete - Delete all the selected emails inside Vincere. (This will not delete the email in your connected email)

When you open an email, you can perform the following actions:

  • Reply - Allows you to create an email response to the sender

  • Reply All - Allows you to create an email response to the sender and all the correspondence in the email

  • Forward - Allows you to forward the email thread to other recipients.

  • Create Task - Opens the Tasks screen to allow you to create a new task.

  • Delete - Delete the email in the current open window

Switching between Emails

You can open and switch between email by clicking the up and down arrows to go through the list
