Sending bulk emails in Vincere lets you reach a large group of candidates or contacts quickly — whether you're promoting a new role, sharing an update, or running a campaign. This article covers all available methods so you can choose the one that best fits your workflow.
⚠️ Important: Make sure all candidates and contacts have a valid email address and are subscribed before sending bulk emails.
Sending to invalid or unsubscribed addresses can result in a high bounce rate.

Send Bulk Emails via Candidate or Contact Table View
You can send a mass email directly from the Candidate or Contact table view, selecting up to 100 recipients at a time.
Go to the Candidates or Contacts table view, then select the checkboxes next to the recipients you want to email.
Click Actions, then select Email.
Compose your email or select a template, then click Send.
You can also use Talent Pools or Distribution Lists to group recipients before sending, making it easier to manage recurring bulk sends.

Send Bulk Emails via Advanced Search
Advanced Search gives you more filtering flexibility before selecting your recipients.
Go to Advanced Search for Candidates or Contacts, then apply your filters to narrow your results.
Select the checkboxes next to the candidates or contacts you want to email.
Click Actions, then select Email.
Compose your email or select a template, then click Send.
🤓 Tip: You can increase the number of results shown by clicking Items per page at the bottom of the search table.
Configure Automatic BCC for Bulk Emails
By default, Vincere automatically BCCs your registered email address on every bulk email you send. You can disable this if you prefer not to receive copies.
This setting applies to:
Email Template 6 — Bulk emails to candidates.
Email Template 7 — Bulk emails to contacts.
When enabled: The BCC field is automatically populated with your registered email address on every bulk send.
When disabled: The BCC field is hidden and no copy of the email is sent to you.

Send Bulk Emails via Mailchimp
If you need to send high-volume campaigns, the Vincere and Mailchimp integration lets you export up to 10,000 candidates or contacts at a time directly into your Mailchimp audience.

Use a Third-Party Marketing Platform via Zapier
If you use a different marketing automation platform, you can connect it to Vincere through Zapier. This allows you to trigger bulk email sends automatically when events occur in Vincere — for example, when a new candidate is added to a Talent Pool.
