⭕ Duplicate Check
This setting allows you to define how Velocity checks for duplicate records in Vincere.
Choose Your Logic: Select the option that best suits your requirements for detecting duplicate entries in your database.
⭕ Form Fields
Ensure important information is captured by configuring mandatory form fields when adding new records. Steps to configure mandatory fields include navigating to Duplicate Method Check > Form Fields, identifying specific fields to set as mandatory, and marking these as required fields.
Enable or Disable Fields: Use the toggle on the right to turn form fields on or off, based on your needs.
Kana Name: This field is particularly relevant for candidates with Japanese names, ensuring proper name formatting for those individuals.
