Learn how to configure duplicate checks and form fields for Velocity when adding new records to Vincere.

Once Velocity is connected to Vincere, you have the option to customize the following settings to ensure accurate and complete data entry:

⭕ Duplicate Check

This setting allows you to define how Velocity checks for duplicate records in Vincere.

  • Choose Your Logic: Select the option that best suits your requirements for detecting duplicate entries in your database.

⭕ Form Fields

Ensure important information is captured by configuring mandatory form fields when adding new records. Steps to configure mandatory fields include navigating to Duplicate Method Check > Form Fields, identifying specific fields to set as mandatory, and marking these as required fields.

  • Enable or Disable Fields: Use the toggle on the right to turn form fields on or off, based on your needs.

  • Kana Name: This field is particularly relevant for candidates with Japanese names, ensuring proper name formatting for those individuals.

  • Troubleshooting: Check permissions in Vincere, review steps, or contact Vincere support for assistance if issues persist.

  • Each user must configure these settings individually within their system under Duplicate Method Check > Form Fields to align with team or personal workflows, ensuring data consistency.

These configurable options help streamline your record-keeping processes and ensure you maintain a clean and organized database.
