I'm having issues with Velocity 😢
As a first troubleshooting step when you encounter any issue with Velocity, you can try to Uninstall and Reinstall Velocity.
📌 If you previously installed Velocity in Developer Mode (as outlined in this article),
👉 We recommend removing the extension and reinstalling the new version from the Chrome Web Store.
⭕ Uninstall and Reinstall Velocity
To Uninstall and Reinstall Velocity please follow the steps below 🔽
Right-click on the Velocity Chrome extension > Select the 'Remove from Chrome' option.
Confirm by clicking on 'Remove'
Go to this link Velocity on Chrome Store, or navigate to Marketplace to access the link to download Velocity on Chrome.
Once you're in the Web store, click on 'Add to Chrome'
The extension will automatically download and install into your Chrome browser.

Q1: Velocity is stuck on a spinning icon, what should I do?
Answer: This normally happens because of the release of the new version of Velocity, and sometimes, after an update, features like the "Add to Vincere" button may not load correctly right away.
To fix this:
Simply log out and log back in to refresh your Velocity session.
