FAQs

Q1: Velocity is stuck on a spinning icon. What should I do?

  • Answer: First, log out and log back in to refresh your Velocity session. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the extension from the Chrome Web Store. On LinkedIn, the form may open with empty fields so you can enter profile information manually. If the extension does not appear correctly on the page, right-click the LinkedIn profile page, then select Add to Vincere. Contact Support if the issue still continues.
