How to quickly add a Candidate? 🤔

Candidates are a crucial asset for any recruitment agency, and the quicker they're in your system, the faster your business can grow.

So no worries, Vincere got your back! 😉

👉 Here are all the options for swiftly adding candidates to Vincere.

Quick Add

With just a few clicks, you can make it happen - Follow the steps below 👇

  • Step 1: Click on the ‘Add’ (‘+’) button next to the search bar and then select ‘Candidate’.

  • Step 2: Drag and drop or click to upload your Candidate’s resume – this automatically parses the resume and populates the Candidate fields with the information from that resume.

Note: You can also modify the existing resume with your own branding, letterhead and styling in FORMAT RESUME.

  • Step 3: Fill in the fields, and then press ‘Save’ (to add the Candidate to your database) or ‘Save and Preview’ (to add the Candidate to your database and go to their full Candidate record).

Velocity

Quickly import Candidates into Vincere from Xing, LinkedIn, or Github by selecting the desired person.

After completing the setup, follow these steps to effortlessly import candidates into your system:

  1. Navigate to the profile you want to add to the system.

  2. Click 'Add to' to automatically populate the candidate's information.

  3. Click 'View in Vincere' to see it in the system.

Note: This process also applies to newly created contacts.

CV Import

Vincere data import allows you to parse hundreds of CVs at the same time seamlessly into new Candidates.

  • 📂 For detailed instructions on it - click HERE.

Simply head to Settings > Data Import > Import Resumes (click on start) > drag and drop the resumes into the upload button, and instantly they will become candidates inside Vincere.

Note: Here you can upload up to 500 resumes/CVs at once (anything over 100 needs to be in a zip file).

CSV Import

CSV data import tool to support additional customer use-cases, allowing you to seamlessly import data into Vinny quicker than ever-before. As this is a self help option, a guide, tutorial video will be shared and provided but please note that the process will not be performed by Vincere personnel.

😍 Cool thing: This feature supports importing CSV records through external IDs and also importing data into pre-existing records or manually created ones from CSV files.

Additionally, it allows for importing tags, including Industry/Sub-Industry and Functional/Sub-Functional expertise, to all entities
