⭕ How do I add/ change my logo?
To add or change your logo in Vincere please follow the steps below ⬇️
From your Vincere account, go to the menu, Settings and select Admin Settings.
Now select System Preferences and you will see the option of adding a company’s logo.
Simply pop your logo in here and you're good to go!
📋 Note: The wildcard #CompanyLogo# is using this image.
⭕ How to add the brand's logo on documents?
To add brand logo to the document, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings > Click on Document Builder
Select the Brand, Doc Type, and Template Name you're looking to make changes to.
You can see the list of wildcards you can use for the selected doc type can be found on the right side of the screen.
Click on #Brand.Logo# wildcard
Once done, click on Save.
📝 Note: As the behavior of the system, when previewing the document in the customization page the logo will not display.
However, the logo should appear when previewing when you are sending the action document to the candidate. Please add the wildcard, click 'Save,' and then perform a test by sending the document to a candidate.
Afterward, click 'Preview' to check if the logo is displaying correctly. If the logo still does not appear, kindly let me know, and I will investigate further for you
