ENHANCEMENTS TO LIVELIST 📝

Based on your feedback, we’ve added a bunch of upgrades to the LiveList™ including configuration options to match your brand, new actions for Clients, and updates for the Floated LiveList™.

1/ NEW CONFIGURATION AND BRANDING OPTIONS

a. Themes

  • Under LiveList™ Settings > Theme Configuration, you can now set:

    • Background color

    • Text color

    • Sub-text color

    • Favicon

    • Header icon

b. Additional configuration options & new Client actions

  • Option to show your logo, your Client's logo, or your Jobs brand's logo

  • Hide/show Candidate’s work history details

  • Hide/show Candidates education details

  • Toggle to automatically reject Candidate(s) within Vincere when Clients reject Candidate(s) from the LiveList™

  • Allow Vincere to automatically send rejection emails to Candidates once rejected by Client

  • Hide/show the footer that includes the Vincere logo in the LiveList™

c. New Docs column inside Vincere Core

  • New column allows you to add or remove documents that have been sent to the LiveList™ for each Candidate

2/ LiveList™ STATS FOR YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS

a. Inside Vincere Core under the applications table, clicking into Stats will reveal key info such as:

  • Number of LiveList views

  • Last Viewed Date

  • Last Viewed By

  • Number of Candidates

  • Number of Active Candidates

b. For your Clients inside the LiveList™, clicking into Stats will display key info such as:

  • Number of Candidates

  • Number of Active Candidates

  • Employer Spread: this shows the number of unique Companies the current Candidates on the list are applying from (e.g. a list with 3 Candidates from Google and 4 Candidates from Apple will have an Employer Spread of 2)

  • Last Activity Date

  • Last Activity By

3/ UI UPDATES AND ENHANCEMENTS

a. Refreshed UI & Candidate Quick View in the LiveList™

  • Header layout

  • Search bar

  • Filter position

b. New Candidate tag

  • A “New” tag will be displayed to Clients for Candidates newly added to the LiveList

c. Job description

  • Clicking on the Job Title will now show the job description

d. Interview stages

  • Added action to arrange interviews in more stages (2nd+ stage)

e. Add Candidate name

  • When a Client selects Candidate(s) and chooses an action in the LiveList™, the Candidate name(s) will automatically be added to the message content

f. Floated LiveList™ update

  • Removed job type from the Floated LiveList™ title

4/ *NEW* INTRODUCING CANDIDATE SUITABILITY

Manage Client relationships effortlessly by tagging your Clients' preferred Candidates. You can also keep Candidates happy by placing them at their preferred Companies or work sites.

Candidate Suitability statuses are set in Core and sync across the system so none of your consultants will place or book the wrong Candidate for the job.

You can manage Candidate Suitability with preferences and exclusions.

a. Preferences

  • If a Client prefers a certain Candidate for their Jobs, you can set their Suitability status with a preference.

b. Exclusions

  • If a Candidate was a bad fit for one of your Client’s Jobs, tag them with an exclusion. Now the Candidate won’t show up in future Job searches for that Client.

  • A Candidate cannot be Floated, Shortlisted, Sent, Placed, given a Renewed Contract, or Booked/Pre-booked to any Jobs/Shift of a Company (or location) on their exclusion list.

5/ *NEW* CONTACT MERGE

Never get duped by duplicates again with our new feature: Contact Merge.

You can now merge two Contacts within the same Company. Contact Merge allows you to choose the correct information to keep in the master record before archiving the extra Contact.

You can also append related Jobs, files, emails, and activity logs to the new master record.

A great addition to the highly rated Data Integrity Dashboard which automatically scans and identifies duplicates across your Vincere account.

VINNYCHAT 💬

6/ UPDATED TEXT FORMATTING

We’ve updated VinnyChat’s Editor to allow for more text formatting options.

If you want more design options, use the following formatting buttons:

  • Bold

  • Italic

  • Strikethrough

  • Ordered list

  • Bulleted list

  • Blockquote

  • Code

If you don’t want these options, simply Hide the formatting buttons.

7/ NOTIFICATION OPTIONS

Now you have more VinnyChat notification modifications. This new update gives you the option to turn off email notifications for Shout-outs and @mentions per user.

8/ VINNYCHAT FOR ZAPIER OPTIONS

Using Zapier with VinnyChat is a great way to send surveys, collect feedback responses, or get NPS scores from your Clients and Candidates. And it’s all automated and now feeds right back into Vinnychat!

If you’ve set up Zaps in VinnyChat, this one’s for you:

a. Send as Direct Message or to Group / Shout-outs

  • You can now send messages to specific VinnyChat users, Group or Shout-outs.

b. In the setup within Zapier, you’ll find other configurations:

  • Send Multi Message

  • Theme Color

  • Send as Bot

  • Bot Name

  • Bot Icon

  • Attach Image

9/ *NEW* INTRODUCING THE DUPLICATE FILTER OPTION

With this new filter, you have more options to search for duplicate records. Now you can search for duplicate Candidate and Contact records by email address, full name, or job title.

10/ BOOKED FEES CURRENCY OPTIONS

You now have the option to set a home currency conversion rate for Retained jobs. This home currency conversion, set in your Invoice details, will now show on the Booked Fees dashboard.

Use the Currency By > Home Currency filter to view on the dashboard.

11/ TWILIO SMS

One highly requested by our customers, you can now add multiple Twilio SMS phone numbers and assign them to specific consultants.

Admins can edit the Twilio setup page to change or assign phone numbers to different people from Marketplace > Twilio > Setup.

NOTE: We have kept the functionality to allow you to group consultants to share single number. This is great for back office functions ensuring coverage for those urgent contract and temp questions.
