Easily publish open roles from Vincere to your Jobs page and external platforms using Vincere Engage.
π Note: You might need permissions to configure Vincere Engage.
Configure Vincere Engage
To prepare Vincere Engage for job postings:
Go to Settings, then click Marketplace.
Select Vincere Engage, then click Setup.
Review configuration options and adjust them according to your business needs.
Go back to Vincere and open Settings, then click Marketplace again.
Go to the Engage section, select the Setup tab, then click Setup.
Under Job Portal, configure visibility and customization options for your website.
Ensure your Engage setup is complete before posting jobs to your website.
Add a Job Description
Open your list of jobs in Vincere CRM.
Go to the jobβs profile page, then select the Descriptions & Ratings tab.
In Job Summary, enter a short description of the role, then click Save.
In Public Job Description, enter the full description of the role, then click Save.
π Note: Formatting in Vincere is automatically handled by your Digital siteβs styling settings.

The Public Job Description will be displayed on your website when Candidates click on the Job the see the Job's details.
π Note: You don't need to format the text in Vincere. Digital will automatically format the Job Descriptions based on your styling and settings on Digital.
Other notes or information about the job that you don't want to share with the public can be added in the Internal Job Description section.

Set Up the Job Location
If you're displaying the job's location on your website, make sure to enter the Town / City of the Job Location inside Vincere.
Open the jobβs details page in Vincere.
Go to the Job Details section and find Job Location.
Click the location icon to open location details.
Enter the Town/City, then save your changes.
π Note: If location visibility is enabled on your site, this field displays on the job listing.
Tag Jobs with Industry and Expertise
Tagging jobs helps categorize listings and improves filtering on your job portal.
Open the jobβs details page in Vincere.
In the Job Profile section, select the appropriate options under:

Configure Compensation and Fees
If salaries or pay rates appear on your website, review these fields before posting:

Salary Type.
Monthly and Annual Salary.
For Contract Jobs:
Time Interval.
Pay Rate.
Post Jobs to Your Jobs Page
To post jobs from Vincere to your Digital Jobs page:
Open the job in Vincere.
Click the Status Area showing Posted or Not Posted.
In the status panel, toggle between:
Public β to post the job publicly.
Private β to keep it hidden while editing.
Refresh the job to confirm the update.
π Note: Marking a job as Public automatically posts it to your Vincere Job Board and your Digital Jobs page.
β Important: Posting to third-party platforms such as Broadbean requires separate configuration in the respective integration tab.
View Posted Jobs in Vincere
In Vincere, open Jobs.
Go to the Open/Closed Job column.
Filter by Open to see all active and posted jobs.

Track Jobs That Havenβt Been Posted
To identify unposted jobs, add the following columns to your job table:
Job Post β Displays whether a job is posted.
Reg. Date β Filters jobs by creation date.
Open/Closed Job β Shows job status.
Here's an example of the table view showing you the Jobs that are currently being posted on your website.
Open/Closed Job = Job Open.
Job Post = Posted.
β Important: Jobs are automatically unpublished if:
All headcounts are filled (placed).
The sourcing close date is reached.
A user switches the job to Private under Actions, click on Post, then hit Private.
Post Jobs to External Platforms
Vincere integrates with several job distribution platforms.
From the Actions menu, select the job(s) to post.
Change status from Private to Public.
Open your aggregator platform (e.g., Broadbean, Idibu).
Choose CV Library or other active posting options.
Complete the posting workflow as instructed by the platform.
π Note: These aggregators require separate accounts and permissions.
Vincere also integrates directly with Indeed for simplified posting.

Keep job titles clear and concise for better search visibility.
Regularly review and update job tags to ensure accurate filtering.
Test postings on your Digital site to confirm formatting.

Q1: Whatβs the difference between Public and Private job status?
Answer: Public jobs are visible on your Jobs page and can integrate with external posting tools. Private jobs remain internal for review or editing.
Q2: Why is my job not appearing on the Jobs page?
Answer: Ensure Vincere Engage is configured, the job status is set to Public, and the sourcing close date has not expired.
Q3: Can I post the same job to multiple external sites?
