How to Post a Job in Vincere
To quickly post a job, follow these simple steps: Vincere's Engagement Hub pulls job data directly from the job record in Vincere and displays it on the Job Portal. This ensures that job postings are up-to-date and accurately reflect the information in your Vincere account.
Select the Job(s) you want to post by ticking the checkbox next to the job title(s). This can be done individually or in bulk.
Go to the Actions menu on the left-hand panel and click Post.
Toggle the Job's status from Private to Public. You can also choose which portal you want the job to be posted on.
Your job will be instantly posted to your Instant Job Board.
đ Note: If you have job posting integrations (e.g., Indeed, Broadbean, Logic Melon) enabled, it may take up to 6 hours for the job to appear on those websites.
If a job shows as posted in Vincere but does not appear on Indeed, note that the ingestion and display are managed by Indeedâs platform. Verify your Indeed account or subscription and their posting requirements.
If necessary, contact Indeed Support with the job details. Vincere can provide technical details to Indeed upon request.
How to Unpost a Job in Vincere
To remove or unpost a job, follow these steps:
Select the Job(s) you want to unpost by ticking the checkbox. You can unpost jobs individually or in bulk.
Click Post in the left-hand Actions panel.
Toggle the Job's status from Public to Private.
If youâre using the bulk action, click Make All Private.
đ Note: Manually closing the job or the job's headcounts that were fulfilled wonât automatically expire the job on the portal.
To ensure the job is removed, make sure the Sourcing Close Date is in the past, set the job to Private or unpost it from Logic Melon, and the Job will disappear in the Job Portal.
When job ads are re-posted externally (e.g., via Broadbean or Veritone outside Vincere), the original link to Vincere is severed. This means new applications will not sync back into the Vincere job record. To maintain application syncing, always post or re-post job ads directly from within Vincere.

Track Job Posting Status: Add the Job Post column to your view, which allows you to easily filter and track jobs that are Posted and Not Posted.

Bulk Post/Unpost Jobs: You can also bulk post or unpost jobs. Simply follow the steps below:
Check all the jobs you want to post or unpost.
Then go to Actions, and click Post and complete the action in bulk.
