⭕ Step-by-step to post a job to Broadbean
Step 1: Navigate to the Job Posting
Go to the job you want to post using Broadbean.
Click Actions > Post.
Step 2: Set Job Privacy to Public
Ensure the Job Privacy Status is set to Public to see the Broadbean posting option.
Step 3: Post the Job
Click on Post to open the Broadbean job posting page.
Follow the in-app steps to complete the process:
Choose Job Boards: Select where you want the job to be advertised.
Advert Details: Vincere auto-fills the job details, but you can edit them as needed.
Preview + Send: Review the details and confirm.
Click Finish to complete the job posting.

⭕ Managing Candidates in Vincere
To track candidate progress effectively, all flagging must be done inside Vincere and not in Broadbean. Any flags applied in Broadbean will not sync with Vincere.
📌 Important Notes on Job Status Changes
If any of the following actions occur, Vincere will automatically unpost the job from Broadbean:
The job is toggled to Private.
The job is manually closed.
The job is marked as Fulfilled & Closed.
The Headcount is updated to match the Placed Count.
The Headcount Close Date is set in the past.
A previously rejected candidate re-applies (they will not be retrieved again).
