One method for shortlisting a candidate is doing it from your candidate table view.

Select as many candidates as you would like. The actions bar will pulldown and then you can click Shortlist.

You will then be shown a list of your open jobs. Select the job(s) you want to shortlist these candidates to and click shortlist candidate(s) to Job(s).

Note: You cannot select jobs that are closed. Please check the headcount and Sourcing closed date of the job and update them.

Now you're all set and you can see these candidates shortlisted under the jobs you previously chose.

Maybe you're reading through a candidate's quick view and you realize a job that would be perfect for them. No problem! Go to Actions in the upper right and select Shortlist.

You will then be shown a list of your open jobs. Select the job(s) you want to shortlist this candidate to and click shortlist candidate(s) to Job(s).

Now you're all set, and can see this candidate shortlisted under the jobs you previously chose.

You can even shortlist a candidate from their profile. Once in a candidate profile, you can click Actions in the upper right and then select Shortlist.

You will then be shown a list of your open jobs. Select the job(s) you want to shortlist this candidate to and click shortlist candidate(s) to Job(s).

Now you're all set and can see this candidate shortlisted under the jobs you previously chose.
