⭕ How to Undo or Remove an Application from
Shortlisted to Interview Stages
During the Shortlisted to Interview stages, the application can still be removed manually.
Go into the relevant Job in Vincere.
Click on the Shortlisted chevron.
Select the Candidate you want to remove.
Choose the option to remove the application.
The application will be removed from the Offer stage.
The candidate's movements through other workflow stages will still be visible.
A log entry will be created in the Activities tab of the candidate’s profile.
👉 Note: You will not be able to remove the application if:
The candidate was created via a job board application.
The application has already moved past the Interview stage.
⭕ How to Undo an Offer in the Offers Stage
You can undo an offer while the application is still in the Offers stage.
Click the amber-colored number in the pipeline under the Offers stage.
This will show all applications currently in this stage.
Locate the application you want to undo.
Click on 'Undo offer' from the action list.
⭕ How to Undo a Placement in the Placed Stage
Undoing placements is only possible when the status is Starting or before the start date.
Click on the amber-colored number in the pipeline under the Placed stage.
This will show all applications currently in this stage.
Select the application you wish to undo.
Choose 'Undo placement' from the action list.
Add a comment to clarify the reason behind the action for team tracking.
⚠️ Here’s what happens when you undo a placement:
The contract will be deleted from TimeTemp.
Manager, Employee, and Recruiter accounts linked to the job will be removed from TimeTemp.
Any unsubmitted timesheets will be deleted.
Any related draft invoices will be deleted.
A warning message will appear before invoice deletion to confirm your action.
👉 Important:
Placements that are already active cannot be undone.
If related invoices are in Approved status, you will not be able to undo the placement.
Deleted invoices are permanent and cannot be recovered.

Always verify the application stage before attempting to undo or remove it.
Use the Activity tab in the candidate’s profile to track changes and maintain transparency.
Add contextual comments when undoing offers or placements to ensure team alignment.
Review all warning messages carefully, especially when dealing with invoices or contracts.
Avoid undoing actions close to the candidate's start date to minimize compliance issues.

Answer: No, applications created through job boards cannot be removed manually.
Q2: What happens if I undo a placement with approved invoices?
Answer: If invoices are in Approved status, the system will not allow the placement to be undone.

Answer: No, only the application is removed. The candidate’s profile and history remain in Vincere.

Can I undo or remove a Candidate's application?
Here is what you need to know ⏬
Shortlisted stage to Interview stages
Once you have shortlisted a candidate, they will be linked to the job, but neither the client nor the candidate will be made aware of this.
👉 At this stage up until the interview stage, you can go into the job, select the candidate, and remove the application:
When you click 'Undo offer' on a candidate in Vincere, the following actions occur:
The application displayed in the Offer stage will be removed.
Movements to other chevrons (other stages in the workflow) will remain visible.
A log entry is created in the Activities tab of the candidate’s profile. This serves as a record of the action taken.
Note: The option to remove the application will no longer be available in the following scenarios:
A candidate was created in Vincere through a job application from a job board
When the application has already passed the interview stage
Offers stage
To undo an offer for applications in the offers stage, simply click on the amber number in the pipeline.
👉 This will display all the applications currently in this stage.
Choose the application for which you want to undo the offer and select 'Undo offer' from the action list.
Placed stage
For applications in the Placed stage, you can only undo placements when it is still in Starting status or placement before the start date.
Add an additional comment after using the 'Undo offer' option to clarify the reasons behind the action and maintain a detailed record for team communication and future reference.
To see these placements, just click the amber-colored number in the pipeline
This will show you all the applications that are currently in this stage.
Select the application you want to undo the placement for and select Undo placement in the action list.
⭕ Here’s what happens when you undo a placement:
The contract will be deleted from TimeTemp.
Any Managers, Employees, and Recruiter accounts associated with the Job will be removed from TimeTemp.
Any unsubmitted timesheets will be deleted.
Related draft invoices will be deleted.
A warning message will appear before the deletion of related invoices, informing the user about the consequences to ensure deliberate confirmation.
Note: Once a placement has been or is currently active, the placement can no longer be undone. Additionally, If related invoices are in Approved status, undoing a placement will not be allowed.
Deleted invoices are permanently removed and cannot be recovered, so carefully review warnings before proceeding.
