In Vincere, the Application Stage is where you can manage and review incoming applications before moving them forward in the recruitment process.
This feature is designed to help you control the flow of applications, including those submitted through integrated job boards like LogicMelon and BroadBean.
This gives users the option to utilize the shortlisted stage before moving applications to the Sent stage/ sending them to contacts.
To move candidate forward, user can tick the box before candidate's name. The system will pop up these action options:
Rate Candidate
Set Sub-status
Send job to Candidate
Send CV to Client
Reject candidate
Remove application
Move to Next Stage: Candidate can be moved to Shortlisted, Sent, 1st Interview, 2nd Interview, Offers or Placed Stage.
LogicMelon and Broadbean
When applications are submitted via job boards like LogicMelon and BroadBean, you can control how these applications are mapped into your recruitment pipeline in Vincere.
