Vincere will take the fields from the job, group them as shown below, and immediately start searching your database using our advanced search tools. If the number of search results is low, please remove fields as shown in the Pro-tip section below.

For this example, we are searching for a Full Stack Developer in California with Java skills.Ā

Auto matching follows this search logic:

(GROUP 1) AND (GROUP 2) AND (GROUP 3) AND (GROUP 4)

GROUP 1 : Ā Skills | keywords | Job title

Skills: JAVA, J2EE

OR

Candidate Keywords: JAVA, J2EE

OR

Text: ā€œFull Stack Developerā€, JAVA, J2EE

OR

Job title: ā€œFull Stack Developerā€Ā

GROUP 2: Ā ā€œTagsā€ | Industry | Functional Expertise | Sub-functional Expertise

Industry: Banking

AND

Functional Expertise: IT & Telecoms

AND

Sub Functional Expertise: Ā Development / Programming Ā

GROUP 3: Ā Address/Location

Current address: California

GROUP 4: Radius Search | Geo-tagged Job Location

50 KM from Job Location: California

Ā

So here's a quick look at how it looks like inside Vincere:

Group 1

Group 2

Group 3

Group 4

Ā šŸ”„PRO-TIP:

If most of the candidates in your database are NOT geo-tagged, then we advise that you remove the Radius search. To do this simply open the red RESET button and reset filters. This will remove all data from the filters in the left-hand column. Then click on the blue ā€œFind candidatesā€ button.Ā
