With Vincere’s Indeed integration, you can publish your job vacancies directly to Indeed — one of the largest job boards worldwide. This helps you reach a wider audience and attract more qualified candidates without leaving Vincere.
📌 Note: All recruitment agencies must have a paid Indeed account to make job ads public. Sponsored postings will only appear if your agency has an active paid campaign with Indeed.
Enable Indeed Integration in Vincere
⚠️ Important: Administrator permissions are required to configure Marketplace settings.
Go to Settings, then click Marketplace.
Select Indeed, and click the Setup tab.
Switch on the Indeed button to enable the integration.
Add the two mandatory fields: Country and Current Town/City.
Click Save to activate the integration.
Once enabled, you can begin posting jobs directly to Indeed.
Post a Job to Indeed
Select the job you want to post in Vincere.
Click Post, then switch the job visibility to Public.
Once a job is made public, Vincere automatically sends it to Indeed through the built-in integration.
📌 Note: Vincere does not provide XML feeds directly to users. All jobs are transferred to Indeed via the native integration.
Ensure Job Description and Location Meet Indeed Requirements
Indeed requires the following before jobs can be published:
Job Description: Must be at least 300 characters.
Location: Town/City, State, and Country must be filled in and geotagged.
💡 Tip: You can upload a description manually or use the AI Generator inside Vincere to meet the minimum character requirement.
⚠️ Important: Vincere only sends jobs to Indeed if the public job description meets these criteria and complies with Indeed’s posting policies.
Add Location Information
Click the Pin icon inside the job record.
Fill out the location form.
Enter all required fields: Address, Town/City, and State.
💡Tip:
Post jobs in a specific city rather than a county to improve visibility.
Use a generic location name to ensure candidates can easily identify the job area.
Adhere to Indeed’s Quality Standards
Ensure your jobs meet Indeed's Quality Standards.
For new Vincere clients, submit the form on Indeed's help page with the following message:
"I am a new client of Vincere, an Integrated ATS with Indeed, and my jobs are included in Vincere’s integration feed with Indeed. I need a CS rep to review my jobs to determine if they are suitable for organic visibility per Indeed’s Quality Standards.“
If you already have an account, log in to Indeed and request help from within your account.
Repost a Job on Indeed
Reposting a job helps refresh the listing and improve visibility on Indeed.
Unpost the job by setting its visibility to Private.
Wait 6–12 hours for Indeed to re-crawl and remove the job.
Post the job again by setting it back to Public.
Check your active campaign status in Indeed to confirm visibility.
📌 Note: If no campaign is running, the job may remain invisible under sponsored listings.
Check Job Postings on Indeed
Once you make a job public in Vincere, it is sent to Indeed automatically via XML feed.
Ensure all jobs meet Indeed’s requirements and policies before posting.
⚠️ Important: Recruitment or staffing agency jobs will appear only in Indeed’s Sponsored section. Only direct employers or internal agency roles that are unique and flagged to Indeed qualify for free visibility.
