At Vincere, we're always looking to push the boundaries of what's possible in business software. Very soon, we'll be introducing a brand-new set of capabilities designed to empower you to achieve more, in the moment.
In order to rollout these exciting changes to your account, there's some important steps you need to take 👇
Step 1
👉 Access Identity integration with Vincere Core
✅ If you have already created your new account (and no-longer see this popup) you can ignore step 1 and move straight to step 2.
🚫 If you are seeing this popup it's important you spend a few minutes to action the below steps:
It's now really important that you create your new account to ensure you will have access to all of our exciting AI functionality at launch.
It only takes a couple of minutes to setup and your account stays exactly the same, it just means you'll need to create a new password.
Until you create your account in Access Identity you will not have access to those new features
Detailed instructions
Once you click "Create New Account" you will be guided through the process of setting up your new password in Access Identity
Enter a new password for your account
Once setup, you can close the Access Identity tab and you will be taken back into Vincere where you can continue as normal. This step only needs to be completed once and ensures the security of your account
Next time you attempt login to Vincere, you will be redirected to Access Identity to enter your password. Once successfully logged in you will be redirected back to your Vincere account to continue as normal
Why do I need to upgrade to Access Identity?
This change allows you to benefit from:
Increased account security (including securer password rules)
Single sign on (SSO) to other Access Products including Access Workspace and future AI functionality (coming soon!)

Step 2
👉 The Access button - embedded with AI
We will soon start to upgrade your account by replacing the current Vincere logo (top left menu) with an an Access button. This includes a dropdown with access to Copilot - your new digital assistant.
Our first exciting feature is Copilot which acts as your AI-powered recruitment assistant instantly answering recruitment queries, automating repetitive tasks and delegating routine admin. We'll be bringing more enhancements over the coming weeks and months, so watch this space for more benefits coming soon…
This will be rolled out in stages over the coming weeks and months starting with customers in the UK, followed by other regions in due course.
You don't need to action anything here but don't be alarmed if you see the Vincere logo replaced with the Access dropdown - it's still the Vincere you love, now just gearing up to be supercharged with AI functionality brought to you by The Access Group.

We will be rolling out our AI functionality in stages, starting with Copilot in step 2. The stages that follow are going to be game-changing for our customers so stay tuned and keep an eye out for our release notes and announcements on LinkedIn over the coming weeks and months.
