We're very excited to be launching Company Lists allowing you to quickly organise and manage your key accounts seamlessly. Company Lists work in the same way as Talent Pools (for Candidates) and Distribution Lists (for Contacts), the only difference is these can be used for Companies. This feature was built and delivered via the VLY Sprint directly from end-user customer feedback.

What's new?

This brand-new feature will enable users to easily group companies into private or public lists that can be used to search, organise and manage key/ target accounts.

Navigate to Companies to create, view and manage Company Lists

Click Company Lists

Here, you can create Company Lists, choose sharing permissions and select which companies to add at this stage, or save and add them later

You can also quickly create Company Lists via Quick Add

You can add new companies to your lists by simply selecting the companies and clicking "Add to Company Lists"

Choose the list(s) you wish to add these companies to and hit save

You can also search and pin/unpin both public & private Company Lists allowing you to identify lists quickly

Note: Admins can reallocate Company Lists (alongside Talent Pools & Distribution Lists) from User Management if a user leaves or moves teams

You can now show/hide Company names with our brand new Send Jobs to Candidates feature.

What's changed?

When sending Jobs to Candidates, users can now select, on an individual Job basis, whether to share the Company name

With this brand-new feature, recruiters can easily share a list of suitable Jobs and send out to multiple Candidates at once. Candidates will then receive a fully branded centralized dashboard to view all of the jobs in one place, fully mobile-optimized, now with the option to show or hide Company name, making it easy for them to view and respond to job specs on the go:

Previously users were unable to upload file attachments when scheduling and confirming interviews in Vincere. Only files that were saved on the Job could be shared with the Candidate (job files).

When selecting the action send interview info & await confirmation OR send info & confirm interview each user is now presented with two options to add attachments:

After the release you will be presented with an option to create your account in Access Identity. Upon login you will be asked to create a new account or remind me later (we strongly recommend creating your new account ASAP, it only takes a few minutes and will need to be actioned by the deadline in late Q1 2024 ~March 2024).

Once you click "Create New Account" you will be guided through the process of setting up your new password in Access Identity

Once setup, you can close the Access Identity tab and you will be taken back into Vincere where you can continue as normal. This step only needs to be completed once and ensures the security of your account

Next time you attempt login to Vincere, you will be redirected to Access Identity to enter your password. Once successfully logged in you will be redirected back to your Vincere account to continue as normal
