Utilising the power of Access Evo, recruiters can save hours each week writing job adverts, freeing up valuable time to focus on what matters; making more placements.
The description content is drawn directly from the content directly on the job profile and feeds into Access Evo Co-Pilot, ensuring success every time. Alongside options for custom tone of voice, persona, anonymisation options and structure prompts, your recruiters will be able to generate eye-catching job descriptions that are consistent with your brand and guaranteed to secure those great inbound applications.
Users can also choose which sections to include for example:
Overview
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Day to day
Simply hit generate and Access Evo will do all the heavy lifting for you in seconds.
Not 100% satisfied? Want to make it more punchy or add some personality?
Users can add natural language prompts and Access Evo will re-generate incorporating this feedback. Users can also edit the text themselves directly to make any required changes.
Prompts can include anything from "make it less formal" to "add some personality" or "include more skills" and Access Evo will get to work creating your next masterpiece.
Once you're happy with your edits, simply hit save and your newly crafted job description will be seamlessly parsed into the internal job description section on the jobs profile.
✨ Job Leads Improvements:
Enjoy enhanced job leads functionality with a new menu option, filters, and detailed logs.
Following customer feedback, we have revamped the job leads feature giving users additional configuration and reporting options.
✅ New option in the sidebar menu
We've added a new menu option for job leads ensuring you can shortcut to your leads seamlessly without having to click through to the company/contact sections of Vincere.
✅ New job leads count in contact and company tables
You can now filter by jobs and job leads in company and contact tables allowing you to accurately measure how many jobs vs job leads you have for companies and contacts. Simply toggle on the job leads column from your smart views options to enable this view.
✅ New entity type when creating comments and tasks
When creating comments or tasks, users can now select the job lead entity from the dropdown list to exclude jobs.
Previously both jobs and job leads would appear which meant it was difficult to accurately append the comment/task to the correct record. With this update users will be able to keep job leads records up to date with ease.
✅ You can now differentiate between job lead and job activity when viewing comments and tasks
Within a job record, users can now view activities (tasks/comments) separated by job and job leads.
✅ New filters within job activity logs
Within a job record, users now have additional filtering options including filtering by:
Job lead comments
Job lead tasks
✨ Terms of Service & Privacy Policy enhancements:
Updated options for clarity and compliance, ensuring you stay ahead in privacy and legal standards
We have simplified how users can update company Terms of Service (ToS) and Privacy Policy (PP) documents in Vincere. Previously, ToS and PP were stored within the engagement hub pages which was problematic for customers who didn't have access to this feature and wanted to use the send jobs to candidates feature.
With this update we have created a dedicated area within admin settings to upload the ToS and PP which is used for the send jobs to candidate feature, making it accessible to all Vincere core customers (permitted they have the correct user permissions to access admin settings - only admin users can edit/amend the documents).
✨ Brand-new 1-1 Shift Scheduler view:
Introducing a personalised view for managing shifts one-on-one, designed to streamline scheduling for temporary recruiters
We're delighted to be supercharging the shift scheduler by launching a brand-new 1-1 view, perfect for managing low-volume shifts. This new view has been designed specifically for temp recruiters who manage shifts with one: job, shift and candidate per day, simplifying and streamlining the booking process.
The new view enables users to:
Immediately view the details of booked slots and those that still need filling
Action slots quickly within the table view directly (book/replace/mark as absent) without having to navigate into the full record
Whilst maximising the user interface to show filled slots with candidate names vs empty slots directly in the scheduler, saving multiple clicks when working at speed
Users can switch to the 1-1 view from the shift mode dropdown.
When viewing the 1-1 shifts, users can view the slot details of each shift per job per row.
Users can action each shift/slot directly in the scheduler window with additional options such as replacing working, un-booking workers or marking as absent.
Users can also click view more which opens a side overlay containing all slots for that shift - allowing users to clearly see which slots are booked vs outstanding -without taking the user out of the workflow, allowing for much faster bookings.
Users can filter the scheduler giving them their desired view with all the essential information needed in one view. The stats menu also update in real-time dependant on which filters are selected -this allows users to quickly identify % of booked shifts, unassigned shifts etc per specific company / contact / timeframe.
🤔 What does this change mean for me?
We're really excited to be launching the brand new 1-1 view, which is going to be a game-changer for our customers. Benefits include:
Enhanced Focus: Dedicated view per candidate/shift ensures recruiters can focus entirely on managing each candidate's shifts without distraction.
Improved Organisation: Clear, individualised scheduling helps in organising and visualising each candidate's daily schedule effortlessly.
Efficient Management: Streamlined interface reduces the time and effort required to assign and adjust shifts for each candidate throughout the day.
Minimised Errors: Reduces the risk of scheduling errors or overlaps by providing a specific view tailored to managing one candidate per shift.
Quick Adjustments: Facilitates quick adjustments (replace, un-book, mark absent) to schedules based on candidate feedback or client requirements, enhancing agility in fast-paced staffing operations.
💰 FastTrack360 Updates
✨ Cost Center Field:
Vincere x FastTrack360 now includes a new field for Cost Center, enhancing financial tracking and management capabilities.
We have added a new column for FastTrack360 cost center within the candidate and job records which now allows users to effortlessly track the relevant cost centre details without the need of going through each record to check one by one.
The new column has been added to both the entity records and smart views allowing users to conveniently manage and track the FT360 cost center in the offered, placed and renewal stages.
Enable column via smart views
View the column within corresponding table
Including offers / placements / renewals
Note: When an offer, placement or renewal is created, the cost center will initially be pulled from the job profile. However, users can change this per application depending on which cost center the candidate has been designated.
If you have any questions on this or would like more details, please reach out to your Vincere/FastTrack360 rep who will happily run you through the updates in more detail.
💸 TimeTemp Updates:
✨ TimeTemp mobile app - UI enhancements
In this release we have upgraded the user experience when using the TimeTemp mobile app to enhance overall usability and design consistency throughout the app.
👉 What's changed
Timesheet details are now displayed in a card view - we have replaced the table view with a card view for consistency with other lists inside the app. This means users can view more relevant information information in one view vs the previous table view which was limited in info.
Enhanced layout for viewing shift details.
Users can now view timesheets in card view:
Users can click into each shift to view more details
Users can quickly add shifts to timesheets
Users can view leave request details within the timesheet
✨ Clients can now approve timesheets with e-signatures
Many of our customers have requested the ability to e-sign timesheets at the approval stage for compliance and audit purposes. We're excited to launch a new feature which now allows approvers to e-sign timesheets. This feature can be enabled per job or placement, depending on your client requirements.
👉 What's new?
Enable eSignature in Placement:
On the Vincere placement page, users will see a toggle to enable eSignature.
When enabled, users will not have the option to configure timesheet approvers, as the approval will be processed by the on-site approver through an eSignature on the candidate's mobile app.
Note: This feature is only enabled for placements with time management set to TimeTemp.
Prompt for eSignature on candidates mobile app:
Candidates with eSignature enabled placements after clocking in to the shift will see a prompt informing them to get approver's signature.
Request approver’s signature upon clocking out:
After clocking out, candidates can review their shift details and ask their approver to sign (in-person e-Signature).
Approvers will draw their signature and confirm approval of the timesheet.
If the candidate can't retrieve the in-person signature immediately, they can add it later in the timesheet details.
The candidate will be prompted to go back and add the signature at a later time.
Candidates can view shift details with eSignatures in their timesheets on the mobile app.
Shifts without an eSignature will be tagged as "need action".
Candidates can not submit timesheets without an on-site signature.
Candidates viewing shift details with eSignature on web:
Candidates viewing the timesheet on web can see a column indicating the approval status of each shift
For shifts already signed, candidates can view eSignatures by hovering over the signed status
Shifts without a signature will show as "not signed"
A prompt will appear if attempting to submit a timesheet without all necessary signatures and the candidate will not be able to proceed
Editing Shift Details:
Once a shift is signed, candidates cannot edit the details.
To make changes, candidates must un-approve the shift on the mobile app, which removes the approval details.
After updating the timesheet, the candidates will need to obtain the approver's signature again (repeat above process)
Viewing Timesheet PDF with eSignature:
Recruiters can view the .pdf timesheet with the eSignatures included.
✨ Recruiters can now view .pdf timesheets inside TimeTemp
Recruiters can now seamlessly view approved .pdf timesheets inside the approved timesheets tab in TimeTemp.
By clicking on the view option, recruiters can open the timesheet pdf
Recruiters can also download the .pdf file directly from TimeTemp, without having to go inside Vincere
