✅ Vincere Core Updates:
✨ Access Evo Powered Candidate Scoring (Beta)
Introducing AI-driven candidate evaluation to streamline your recruitment process. Access Evo now helps recruiters score and rank candidates based on resumes, skills, and job descriptions.
👉 What’s New?
Users can score candidates directly from the Job or Job Lead profile via Access Evo actions.
Candidates are rated on a 1–5 star scale based on their suitability for the role.
AI-generated feedback includes key highlights, suggested interview questions, and missing requirements.
Scoring Criteria
At least one criteria must be selected:
CV/Resume (default option)
Candidate Brief (Executive Brief tab only)
Additional Info (Skills, Industry, Functional Expertise, etc.)
Up to 25 candidates can be scored at once.
Scores appear in the new AI Candidate Score column in the job profile table.
✅ How This Helps You
Automates candidate evaluation, saving recruiters time.
Ensures objective, data-backed hiring decisions.
Helps recruiters focus on top prospects by surfacing the best-matched candidates.
Things to Keep in Mind
Once a candidate is scored, they cannot be rescored for the same job.
AI-generated feedback is read-only and cannot be edited.
Users must enable the AI Candidate Score column in the job table to view results.
✨ Shift Timezone + DST Support for Shift Scheduler
Managing shifts across timezones just got easier. Now, users can view and manage shifts in the timezone where the shift is scheduled, ensuring accuracy and reducing confusion for global teams.
👉 What’s New?
Shift Timezone Selection
Users can view and update the Shift Timezone when adding or editing a shift via:
Quick Add Job
Shift Scheduler (Day/Week/Month/1-1 view)
The timezone for a shift is auto populated based on the job’s location.
Daylight Savings Adjustments
When recurring shifts span a DST timezone, shift times adjust automatically when viewed in non-DST timezones.
Example: A shift created in London (UTC+0) from March 28–April 6 at 09:00–18:00 will appear as 08:00–17:00 in non-DST timezones after March 30.
✅ How This Helps You
Reduces scheduling errors when working across multiple timezones.
Provides greater clarity on shift timings for teams.
Ensures smooth coordination between recruiters and candidates.
Things to Keep in Mind
Currently, shifts will still display based on the user’s timezone.
A filter will be introduced in April to switch between User’s Timezone and Shift’s Timezone in the Shift Table view.
✨ Updates to Umbrella Company status
Managing Umbrella Companies just got simpler. You can now set an Active/Inactive status for each company in Umbrella Company Settings, giving you greater control over payroll and billing.
👉 What’s New?
Set Active/Inactive Status
When adding or editing an Umbrella Company in P&B Settings, users can now assign a status as either Active or Inactive.
Inactive Companies Are Hidden
If an Umbrella Company is set to Inactive, it will no longer appear in the Umbrella Company dropdown for selection.
Any existing records linked to an Inactive company will still display its status for visibility.
Things to Keep in Mind
If a user reselects another umbrella company instead of the inactive company, the user can no longer select the old inactive company from the dropdown of the umbrella company field (since any inactive company will be hidden in the dropdown).
✨ FastTrack360 Data Preview enhancements
Managing payroll and compliance just got easier. FastTrack360’s Data Preview now supports over 100+ records, making it easier to review cost centres before sending them to FastTrack360.
👉 What’s New?
The preview now supports over 100 records.
Added infinite scrolling, displaying records in batches of five.
✅ How This Helps You
Improves user experience for reviewing company data before sending to FastTrack360.
Reduces manual effort when handling large datasets.
💸 TimeTemp Updates:
✨ Unsubmitted Timesheets Enhancements
👉 What’s New?
You can now dynamically view and manage unsubmitted timesheets in real time. Instead of pre-generating missing timesheets, TimeTemp now dynamically renders all relevant unsubmitted timesheets based on placement cycles, eliminating delays and reducing manual intervention.
✅ How It Works
Dynamic Rendering: Unsubmitted timesheets are now calculated on demand rather than pre-generated.
Updated Filters & Views:
Default filter displays the last 30 days of unsubmitted timesheets.
Users can select quick date range filters (Last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 12 months) or a custom range (max 1 year).
Role-Based Access:
Recruiters can proactively add timesheets for the current period.
Candidates & Managers only see past-due unsubmitted timesheets.
Improved Usability:
Unsubmitted, Draft, and Did Not Work tabs are now separated for clearer visibility.
Bulk Reminders & Status Updates remain available for recruiters.
System Optimisation:
Removed Delete Unsubmitted Timesheet and Generate Latest Timesheet options, as unsubmitted timesheets are now always up to date.
🔍 How This Helps You
Real-Time Visibility: Recruiters no longer need to wait for background updates.
Reduced Manual Work: No more manually triggering updates or generating missing timesheets.
Faster System Performance: Reduces unnecessary data storage and redundant records.
✨ Configurable Candidate Visibility in Scheduler View for Managers & Approvers
👉 What’s New?
Recruiter Admins can now restrict visibility in the Scheduler view so that Managers and Approvers only see candidates they manage or approve. This provides better data privacy and GDPR compliance.
✅ How It Works
New Admin Setting: "Restrict Manager/Approver Candidate Visibility" in TimeTemp > Management > Configuration > General Settings.
Default Setting: OFF (Managers/Approvers see all candidates in their company).
When Enabled:
Managers see only candidates in jobs they manage.
Approvers see only candidates they approve.
Manager Admins still have full visibility.
🔍 How This Helps You
Enhanced Data Privacy: Limits unnecessary access to candidate details.
Compliance Ready: Helps meet GDPR and data protection standards.
Customisable: Agencies can enable or disable based on their needs.
✨ Enhanced Approver Info Visibility in Timesheet/Expense Tables
👉 What’s New?
Timesheet and expense tables now clearly distinguish Primary Approver, Secondary Approver, and Quick-Added By users, improving visibility into the approval process.
✅ How It Works
New Columns Added:
Primary Approver (Assigned approver)
Secondary Approver (If applicable)
Quick-Added By (User who manually added the timesheet)
Improved Filtering & Exporting:
New columns are available in CSV exports.
Users can filter by approver type for faster data retrieval.
🔍 How This Helps You
Clarity in Approvals: Clearly see who approved or manually added timesheets.
Faster Payroll Processing: Export approval details without extra steps.
Easier Data Filtering: Quickly locate timesheets based on approvers.
✨ Configurable Timesheet PDF Export for Candidates
👉 What’s New?
Recruiter Admins can now control whether candidates can download approved timesheets as PDFs, offering agencies greater flexibility.
✅ How It Works
New Admin Setting: "Allow Candidates to Download Timesheet PDFs" in TimeTemp > Management > Configuration > General Settings.
Default Setting: OFF (Candidates cannot download PDFs by default).
When Enabled:
Candidates see a View PDF icon next to approved timesheets.
Bulk-export functionality allows candidates to download multiple timesheets as a ZIP file.
Email notification sent when bulk export is ready.
🔍 How This Helps You
Reduces Manual Work: Recruiters no longer need to send timesheets manually.
Self-Service Access: Candidates can download timesheets for payroll verification.
More Control for Agencies: Recruiters can enable or disable candidate access.
✨ Additional Timesheet Column in CSV Export
👉 What’s New?
Timesheet CSV exports now include both decimal and HH:MM time formats for shift start/end times, total hours, and break times, making payroll processing easier.
✅ How It Works
New Columns Added:
Shift Start & End Time: Both HH:MM and Decimal formats.
Total Hours: Both HH:MM (e.g., 09H 30M) and Decimal (e.g., 9.5 hours).
Total Break Time: Both HH:MM (e.g., 00H 30M) and Decimal (e.g., 0.5 hours).
Available in Both:
Single Timesheet Exports
Bulk Timesheet Table Exports
🔍 How This Helps You
Greater Payroll Accuracy: Eliminates manual conversions between time formats.
Improved Reporting: More flexibility for finance teams.
Seamless Data Export: Works for both individual and bulk timesheet exports.
