✨ Enhanced Regional Access Identity

We have enhanced our Access Identity integration for MFA to provide regional server support, ensuring users connect to the most appropriate Identity server based on their location for improved performance and compliance.

👉 What's New

Automatic Regional Routing

The system now automatically directs users to the correct Access Identity server (UK, EU, US, or APAC) based on their tenant's regional configuration.

Seamless Migration Support

Users with existing UK Identity accounts will be guided to migrate to their appropriate regional server when logging in, ensuring optimal performance.

Enhanced Login Experience

  • Smart Email Detection: The system checks which regional server contains your account and routes you accordingly

  • Multi-Region Support: If you have accounts across multiple regions, you can choose which one to use

  • Consistent Experience: Works across Vincere Web, Mobile App, TimeTemp, Velocity, and Public API

Improved Security Flow

Users are encouraged to migrate to Access Identity with their regional server, with helpful prompts during the login process.

Login Flow

  • User enters email address

  • If you already have an Access Identity account and you are not in the right region, after you have logged in successfully with UK Identity, there will be a dialog to FORCE the creation of an account in the correct regional server

  • If you have not yet set up an Access Identity account, after you have logged in successfully with Vincere, there will be a dialog to RECCOMMEND you create account in Identity for your region.

✨ Granular Profit Split Settings Control

Admins now have granular control over whether users with 0% ownership share appear by default in Placements, creating cleaner views while preserving flexibility for special cases.

The Profit Split Settings dialog has been modernized with a clean, intuitive React-based interface that shows exactly who made changes and when.

Smart 0% Share Exclusion

New checkbox option: "By default, exclude owners with 0% share from placement"

  • When enabled, users with 0% profit share won't automatically appear in new placements

  • Keeps placement views clean and focused on active profit participants

  • Can still be manually added when needed for auditing or legacy tracking

Enhanced Audit Trail

Track exactly who updated profit split settings and when, providing better governance and transparency.

Use Case Example

Before: New placements automatically included both Job Owner and Candidate Owner, even if Job Owner was set to 0% share

After: With the new setting enabled, only active profit participants (like Candidate Owner with >0% share) appear by default

  • Default View: Now shows the last 30 days by default (increased from 15 days)

  • Historical Access: View up to 1 full year of unsubmitted timesheet data when using custom date filters (previously limited to 3 months)

Smart Data Management

Historical unsubmitted timesheet data has been pre-generated back to 1st January 2024, so you can immediately access comprehensive records without any setup required.

  • Quick Access: Default 30-day view for daily management

Instead of manually entering identical shift details day by day, candidates can now copy a completed shift entry to multiple days in the same timesheet period.

Smart Target Selection

Bulk Copy Execution
