We have enhanced our Access Identity integration for MFA to provide regional server support, ensuring users connect to the most appropriate Identity server based on their location for improved performance and compliance.

Automatic Regional Routing
The system now automatically directs users to the correct Access Identity server (UK, EU, US, or APAC) based on their tenant's regional configuration.
Seamless Migration Support
Users with existing UK Identity accounts will be guided to migrate to their appropriate regional server when logging in, ensuring optimal performance.
Enhanced Login Experience
Smart Email Detection: The system checks which regional server contains your account and routes you accordingly
Multi-Region Support: If you have accounts across multiple regions, you can choose which one to use
Consistent Experience: Works across Vincere Web, Mobile App, TimeTemp, Velocity, and Public API
Improved Security Flow
Users are encouraged to migrate to Access Identity with their regional server, with helpful prompts during the login process.
