✨ Compliance Doc Check Settings for Per Job Type
You can now configure different mandatory and warning document requirements for each job type—giving you precise control over compliance requirements across all available job types: Permanent, Interim/Project Consulting, Temporary, Contract, and Temp-To-Perm.
👉 What's New
Two Configuration Modes
Choose between two compliance setup options:
All Job Types (Default): Apply the same document requirements across all job types—maintaining the current behaviour you're familiar with
Per Job Type (New): Set unique compliance requirements for each of the five job types: PERMANENT, INTERIM / PROJECT CONSULTING, TEMPORARY, CONTRACT, and TEMP-TO-PERM
Independent Compliance Rules
When using Per Job Type mode, each job type gets its own set of COMPLIANCE - MANDATORY and COMPLIANCE - WARNING document requirements that apply automatically based on the job type.
Easy Configuration
Access the new settings at General settings > Compliance Settings > PLACEMENT, where you'll find a simple radio button to switch between modes.
Automatic Application Processing
Compliance document checks now apply job-type-specific rules when moving applications to Offer/Placed stages, and the shift booking process uses job-type-specific compliance requirements instead of global rules.
💡 Why It Matters
Flexibility for multi-service agencies offering both permanent placements and contract/temporary pleacements—set appropriate document requirements for each individual workflow.
Regional compliance support for agencies managing different regulatory requirements across employment types and jurisdictions.
Client-driven documentation that matches varying standards between permanent hires and contractors.
Streamlined onboarding for high-volume temporary placements while maintaining thorough checks for permanent roles.
Important Note
This update has no impact on existing customers—all current tenants automatically default to "All Job Types" mode, keeping your existing compliance settings unchanged. You can opt-in to "Per Job Type" configuration whenever it suits your business needs.
✨ Compliance Doc Check Settings: Require All or Require Only One Document
New flexibility in compliance checking allows you to choose whether candidates must submit all listed documents or just one document from the list—accommodating alternative documentation and reducing candidate drop-off.
👉 What's New
Flexible Document Requirements
A new "OPTIONS FOR CHECKING" setting gives you two choices for both COMPLIANCE - MANDATORY and COMPLIANCE - WARNING sections:
Require all documents (Default): Current behaviour where all listed documents must be submitted
Require at least one document (New): Only one document from the list needs to be submitted to meet requirements
Granular Control
Set different checking options for mandatory and warning documents independently. Available in both "All Job Types" mode and for each individual job type when using "Per Job Type" configuration.
Smart Compliance Logic
The system intelligently applies your chosen settings during offer/placement stages and shift booking, showing appropriate warnings or blocking placement based on your configuration.
💡 Why It Matters
Reduces candidate abandonment when specific documents are difficult to obtain—accept passport OR driver's license instead of requiring both.
Supports equivalent document policies for international candidates across different jurisdictions with varying document availability.
Accommodates professional certification options where any one of several certifications meets the requirement rather than requiring all possible credentials.
Maintains compliance flexibility while supporting diverse regulatory environments and client requirements.
Important Note
All existing customers automatically default to "Require all documents" to maintain current compliance behaviour. Settings are immediately active once changed—no system restart required.
✨ Location Display Enhancement in Shift Scheduler
The Location field in the Add/Edit Shift dialog now displays location names instead of street addresses, making it faster to identify and select the correct location.
👉 What's New
Location Names First
The dropdown and selected Location field now show the location name (e.g., "Sydney CBD Office") instead of the street address (e.g., "100 George St, Sydney NSW 2000").
💡 Why It Matters
Faster location identification when managing multiple locations—no need to click in to see the location name.
Reduced errors when scheduling shifts across different sites.
Improved user experience with clearer, more scannable location information.
✨ Retroactive Access for New TimeTemp Users
When a recruiter gains TimeTemp access for the first time, they now automatically receive access to all candidates they already own in Vincere—including candidates who were synced to TimeTemp before the recruiter had access.
👉 What's New
Automatic Historical Access
Recruiters who newly receive TimeTemp access immediately see all candidates they own, even if those candidates were synced to TimeTemp before the recruiter had access permissions.
Instant Visibility
All owned candidates appear in Worker Roster, search results, and global search as soon as TimeTemp access is granted—no manual resync or special action required.
💡 Why It Matters
Eliminates access gaps that previously occurred when candidates were synced before their owner had TimeTemp permissions.
Immediate productivity for new TimeTemp users who can access their full candidate roster from day one.
Consistent ownership visibility across Vincere and TimeTemp platforms.
✨ Automatic Sync When Candidate Owner is Updated
Updating the Candidate Owner field on a candidate's profile now automatically triggers a sync to TimeTemp, ensuring ownership changes are reflected immediately.
👉 What's New
Real-Time Ownership Sync
When you save changes to the Candidate Owner field in Vincere (from the Candidate Detail screen), TimeTemp is automatically updated with the current list of authorized owners.
Immediate Access Changes
New owners with TimeTemp access gain access right away, while removed owners lose access after the sync completes—no manual intervention needed.
💡 Why It Matters
Prevents confusion about who should have access to candidates in TimeTemp.
Ensures data consistency between Vincere and TimeTemp without manual resync steps.
Streamlines ownership transfers for smooth candidate handoffs between team members.

💡 Why It Matters
Keeps candidates engaged before placement with mobile access to manage profiles, availability, and compliance requirements.
Faster shift confirmations with push notifications and one-tap acceptance directly from mobile devices.
Improved recruiter efficiency by ensuring candidate availability and compliance information is always current and accessible.
Enhanced user experience with a modern, intuitive interface that adapts to user type and placement status.
✨ Recruiter Reminder Options for Unsubmitted Timesheets
Recruiters can now send reminders for unsubmitted timesheets to Job Managers and Timesheet Approvers—not just employees—ensuring faster timesheet completion and fewer payroll delays.
👉 What's New
Multiple Recipient Options
When sending reminders for unsubmitted timesheets, recruiters can now choose to notify:
Employees (checked by default)
Job Managers (unchecked by default)
Timesheet Approvers (unchecked by default)
Select any combination of recipients based on who needs to take action.
Role-Specific Email Templates
Each recipient type receives a dedicated, role-specific email template with clear instructions and links to take action. New templates for Job Managers (4.11) and Timesheet Approvers (4.12) are available for configuration under Management > Configuration > Email Templates > Timesheet Submission.
Smart Deduplication
If the same person is both Manager and Approver, they receive only one email using the Timesheet Approver template—avoiding duplicate notifications.
💡 Why It Matters
Reduces payroll delays by enabling managers and approvers who can quick-add timesheets on behalf of employees to receive direct reminders.
Increases flexibility for recruiters to target the right person to complete missing timesheet submissions.
Minimizes manual follow-up by empowering all responsible parties to act on unsubmitted timesheets.
✨ Availability Management for Candidates Without Contracts
Recruiters and Recruiter Admins can now add and manage availability for candidates and employees in No Contract status if they have been synced to Timetemp pre placement, enabling better workforce planning before job assignments begin.
👉 What's New
Quick Add Availability
Add availability directly from the Worker Roster view for No Contract candidates using the plus (+) button next to their name.
Inline Editing
Create and modify availability inline for No Contract candidates and owned employees, with changes reflected immediately in the worker roster and candidate availability.
Future-Focused Planning
Set availability from today onwards, ensuring candidates are ready for upcoming opportunities.
Accessible Locations
Available in TimeTemp Dashboard > Schedule, Contract Profile > Schedule, and Vincere Shift Scheduler > Worker Roster.
💡 Why It Matters
Prepares workforce ahead of time without waiting for active contracts to begin.
Saves recruiter time by managing availability on behalf of candidates who haven't self-updated.
Reduces assignment delays by ensuring candidate availability is current when opportunities arise.
✨ Enhanced Schedule Filtering with Ownership Focus
New filtering options in the Schedule view help recruiters quickly find and manage their owned candidates and employees—including those without company or job assignments.
👉 What's New
New Ownership Filter
A dedicated Ownership filter allows users to view:
All: Show all Employees
