✨ Rename Files Directly in Vincere
Never again struggle with generic file names like "CV_final_FINAL_v3.docx" or "document(1).pdf" from candidates and job boards.

Rename During Upload
Edit file names as you upload them to Candidate, Contact, and Company profiles—ensuring professional naming from the start.
Inline Rename for Existing Files
Click the rename icon next to any file across all areas: Candidate files, Contact files, Company files, Job files, Deal files, and File Library.
Permission-Based Control
Renaming follows your existing Document Permission settings, ensuring only authorized users can modify file names.
System-Wide Updates
Renamed files automatically update across all touchpoints including shared links, LiveList, and Job List pages.
Activity Logging
Rename file activities are automatically logged in the Activities tab on each record and the Consolidated Activities sections for compliance tracking (applies to inline rename of existing files only).
Smart Validation
The system prevents common file naming issues with built-in validation:
Invalid characters (\ / : * ? " < > |) are automatically blocked
File names must be between 1-120 characters in length

Eliminate approval bottlenecks and ensure candidates get paid on time with the choice to have 1 out of 2 approvers submit or require dual approvers to submit.
