✨ Timesheet note in time interpretation settings & TimeTemp
We’ve introduced a new timesheet note field to streamline communication and ensure recruiters have all the necessary information when managing timesheets in TimeTemp.
This field allows users to add specific notes or instructions directly within Vincere, which are then synced to TimeTemp for quick and accurate timesheet management.
👉 What's new
Field Name: Timesheet Note
Location: Available under the time interpretation tab in the Vincere placement page.
Purpose:
Add extra notes or specific instructions for timesheets.
Ensure these notes are visible to recruiters during the quick add timesheet process in TimeTemp.
Sync Behavior:
Notes input into this field are automatically synced to TimeTemp.
They will appear in the timesheet view for recruiter users to reference.
Use Cases and Benefits
When creating or updating a job, users can add special instructions or details for timesheet completion.
Recruiter users will see these notes directly on their timesheet in TimeTemp, reducing confusion and minimizing manual follow-ups.
Note: The timesheet note field is only visible and editable when time interpretation is set to TimeTemp.
✨ Display Timesheet Notes for Quick-Add Timesheets
This update enhances the quick-add timesheet feature in TimeTemp by displaying placement-specific timesheet notes from Vincere. These notes are now visible to Recruiters and Recruiter Admins, ensuring accurate and efficient timesheet input tied directly to placement instructions.

View timesheet notes during quick-add:
Timesheet notes set up in Vincere are displayed on the quick-add page in both timesheet details and total hours modes. Notes are read-only and always show the latest updates from Vincere
2. Support for Merged Timesheets:
When a timesheet spans multiple placements, the quick-add page displays notes for all relevant placements, clearly labeled with date ranges.
3. Optional Notes Handling:
If no note is set up for a placement in Vincere, the timesheet note section will not appear, keeping the interface streamlined.

Accurate Timesheet Input: Recruiters can easily reference placement-specific instructions, ensuring timesheets are filled out correctly
Seamless Handling of Complex Scenarios: Supports merged timesheets, ensuring notes from all relevant placements are visible

‼️ Notes
Roles Supported:
Timesheet Notes are visible only to Recruiters and Recruiter Admins.
Other roles (e.g., Managers, Approvers, Candidates) cannot see these notes.
Real-Time Updates:
Notes are synced directly from Vincere and always reflect the latest updates to ensure accuracy.
Merged Timesheet Handling:
For merged timesheets (spanning multiple placements), notes are displayed with clear date ranges to avoid confusion and streamline input.
Optional Field:
If no Timesheet Note exists for a placement, the Timesheet Note section will not appear on the Quick-Add page.
