Parent Job Order Integration

Vincere Jobs now sync to FastTrack360 as "Parent Job Orders" enabling you to create family job structures for multiple placements against the same position.

Vincere Jobs are sent to FastTrack360 as Parent Job Orders, creating a foundation for multiple child job orders (placements) under the same position.

Streamlined Multi-Placement Management

When multiple candidates are needed for the same position, the parent-child relationship maintains consistency across all related placements.

Enhanced Data Flow

Job attributes including rates, settings, and contact details are automatically inherited by child placements, reducing manual data entry.

Pay Rate Connect Widget

A new integrated widget allows you to sync pay rates directly from FastTrack360 back to Vincere Jobs, Offers, and Placements.

FastTrack360 Rates Widget

Once a Job, Offer, or Placement is synced to FastTrack360, a new "FastTrack360 Rates" widget appears in the Pay & Bill Settings section.

Two Rate Types Supported

  • Standard Rates: Job-specific rates that you build manually in FastTrack360

  • Agreement Rates: Pre-established rates from awards or agreements with conditional variables

Real-Time Rate Synchronization

Rates calculated in FastTrack360 automatically flow back to Vincere using Pay Rate and Bill Rate combinations.

Seamless Integration Process

Simply select your desired pay codes in FastTrack360, and rates sync back to Vincere with a single click.

⚙️ How to Use It

  1. Navigate to Job Profile > Compensation & Fees > Pay & Bill Settings > FastTrack360 Rates.

  2. Click "Add Rates+" to begin the synchronization process.

3. Select your preferred Pay Codes from FastTrack360.

4. Click Save to apply rates to your Vincere job.

Rates will automatically appear in the Compensation & Fees section and can be used for forecasting.

Flexible Placement Paths

  • Offer to Placed: Creates FastTrack360 job with "Vacant" status, updates to "Filled" when placement is confirmed

  • Direct to Placed: Immediately creates FastTrack360 job with "Filled" status including candidate details

Renewal Process Support

Placement renewals automatically create new child job orders with updated dates while maintaining rate and setting inheritance.

Shift Scheduler Integration

Full compatibility with both Shift Scheduler and TimeTemp integrations with enhanced validation.

⚙️ Important Workflow Notes

Supported Job Types: This integration is available for Temporary & Contract job types only. Permanent jobs will receive Parent Job Order functionality but not Pay Rate Integration.

Rate Types Supported: Currently supports both Hourly and Daily time intervals.

Calculate Bill By is now fixed to "Profit" for FastTrack360-managed jobs.

Job Templates have simplified settings with Time Interpretation, On-Cost, and Rate Card sections removed for FastTrack360 jobs.

Bulk Sync Options available from the Jobs Table for multiple job synchronization.

No Impact on Current Jobs: Existing Vincere jobs will not be automatically integrated to FastTrack360, ensuring no disruption to current operations.

Manual Sync Available: Existing jobs can be manually synced to FastTrack360 when needed through validation dialogs or bulk sync options.

FastTrack360 integration is available as part of your existing Vincere and FastTrack360 licenses.
