✨ Option to sync new tasks to connected calendar
We’ve introduced a new option to give you more control over task syncing. You can now decide whether new tasks in Vincere are automatically synced to your connected email calendar (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook) or kept local to Vincere. This feature helps streamline your workflow and ensures your tasks are visible where you need them.
👉 What's New
New Sync Setting
You’ll find a new option in User Settings to set your default preference for syncing tasks to your email calendar.
Creating New Tasks:
When adding a new task, you can choose:
Sync with Calendar: Yes – The task will be added to your connected email calendar and your Vincere calendar.
Sync with Calendar: No – The task will stay in the Vincere calendar and task board only.
Editing Tasks:
For tasks created with Sync with Calendar: No, you can change the setting to Yes later, and the task will be synced to your email calendar after saving.
Once a task is synced, it cannot be un-synced. The Sync with Calendar field will become read-only for synced tasks.

Improved Workflow Coordination: Recruiters can keep tasks aligned with their meeting schedules and daily activities.
Enhanced User Experience: By allowing users to set a default syncing preference for tasks, Vincere eliminates manual updates or unwanted calendar clutter.
Note: By default, the setting will be ON. This means new tasks created after the release will still be synced to the users' connected email calendar unless toggled off by the user from user settings.
✨New shift wildcards for enhanced email personalisation
We’ve added a set of new wildcards to email template 19.1: Shift Booked -> Worker. These wildcards make it easier than ever to personalise your shift confirmation emails by dynamically inserting placement-related and contact-specific details to your emails.

👉 How it works
By default, these wildcards are not pre-included in the template.
Users can manually insert the desired wildcards into the email template (19.1: Shift Booked -> Worker) to tailor content for specific scenarios.

What’s New?
This update introduces new functionality for candidates with placements integrated with FastTrack360.
Candidates with FastTrack360-integrated placements can now access two new features in directly inside TimeTemp:
Submit Leave Requests
View Payslips
Previously, TimeTemp candidates could only manage timesheets, with payroll and leave requests handled separately through FastTrack360. Now, all these functions are accessible within TimeTemp, streamlining workflows for candidates and providing a unified platform for managing employment details.

Candidates with FastTrack placements will now see two new options in the TimeTemp Web and Mobile App:
Payslip: View payslips from FastTrack360
Leave Request: Submit and manage leave requests from FastTrack360
Additional details:
No additional login required for the candidate:
Once logged into TimeTemp, candidates can access their FastTrack360 leave and payslip information without needing to log into FastTrack360 separately.
Consistent workflow across platforms:
Both Web and Mobile apps support this integration, ensuring candidates have the same functionality regardless of their device.
Note: Candidates without FastTrack360 placements will not see these options.
