This article explains how to reset a forgotten password using your Vincere login page or a secure reset link, and how to change your password from User Settings when you are already signed in.


Reset a Forgotten Password

πŸ“Œ Note: If your organisation uses an Identity Account, you can use the password reset link provided for your Identity Account to start the reset process.

  1. Go to your Vincere tenant site (for example, companyname.vincere.io).

  2. Enter your registered email address or Vincere username, then click Next.

  3. On the next screen, click Forgot Password.

  4. Check your registered email inbox for the password reset email, then open the secure link in the message.

  5. Follow the instructions in the email and on screen to set a new password and regain access to Vincere.

πŸ€“ Tip: Select the Remember Me option the next time you log in for quicker access to your Vincere account on that device.


Request a Secure Password Reset Link From Support

Contact the Vincere Support Team and request a secure password reset link by type "Speak to a person".


Change Your Password From User Settings

  1. Sign in to Vincere, then go to User Settings.

  2. Click Change password below your personal information, then follow the on-screen instructions to update your password.
