This article explains how new users can log in, how to reset a forgotten password, and what to do if you cannot access your tenant site or are blocked by MFA issues.
⚠ Important: Only a system administrator can send a temporary one-time login link if you are locked out of Vincere.
Log In to Vincere for the First Time
Open the welcome email you received from Vincere.
Review your login details, including your Tenant Site URL (for example,
https://yourcompanyname.vincere.io), your registered email address, and your system-generated password.Click the Log In button in the email.
Enter your email address and system-generated password, then click Log In.
Once you are logged in, click your profile or User Settings.
Click Change Password, then enter your current password and choose a new password.
Click Save to update your password.
Reset a Forgotten Password
Go to your Tenant Site URL in your browser (do not use an old bookmark).
On the login page, click Forgot Password.
Enter your login email address, then submit the form.
Check your email inbox for a verification code from Vincere.
Enter the verification code on the Vincere site, then create and confirm your new password.
Click Save or Confirm to finish resetting your password, then log in with your new details.
Fix Issues Accessing Your Tenant Site
Use these checks if you were previously able to log in but suddenly cannot access your Tenant Site.
Manually type your Tenant Site URL into the browser address bar instead of using a bookmark.
Confirm you are using the correct email address and latest password.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then close and reopen the browser.
Try again to access your Tenant Site and log in.

Resolve MFA Login Issues
If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled and you cannot log in, use the scenarios below.
Inconsistent or Missing MFA Codes
Use the one-time login link sent to your registered email address to log in.
Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
Click the one-time login link, then follow the prompts to access Vincere.
Locked Out Due to MFA Failure
Contact your administrator and ask them to send a temporary one-time login link to your email address.
Open the email and click the login link to access Vincere.
If the link has expired, ask your administrator to resend a new link.
Not Receiving MFA Codes via SMS
Request a temporary login link if SMS-based MFA fails, so you can access Vincere without the MFA code.
After you log in, re-enrol in MFA according to your organisational security protocols.
Next Steps After Regaining Temporary Access
Once you have used a temporary login link and can access Vincere again:
Open your user profile or User Settings.
Check that your phone number and email address are correct and up to date.
Reset and reconfigure your MFA following your organisation’s security rules.
Check your device and network settings to ensure they are not blocking or delaying SMS or email notifications from Vincere.
Contact Support if You Still Cannot Log In
If you have tried all the steps above and still cannot access Vincere:
Go to the Vincere Help Center.
Click the Chat button at the bottom-right of the screen.
Select I want to report an issue.
Explain that you cannot log in and include details such as your tenant URL, email address, and any error messages.
The Vincere Support Team will contact you and help you generate a secure login link to restore access.
