Getting Started

What does Vincere in Evo mean?

Vincere is now available directly inside your Access Evo workspace. It appears as a tab within Access Evo, alongside your other Access products, and everything works exactly the same as before.

How do I access Vincere inside Evo?

Your existing Vincere URL will keep working, but it will redirect into your Evo workspace.

Where do I login to Evo?

Your Evo login URL depends on your region.

Region

Login URL

UK

go.accessacloud.com

APAC

go.access-workspace.com.au

US

us.access-evo.com

EU

eu.access-evo.com

If you're unsure which URL applies to you, contact your Customer Success Manager.

I've seen a "launch Evo" popup in Vincere, will everyone be required to sign up for Evo to keep using Vincere?

When Evo goes live for your account, it becomes the new front door to Vincere for every user. Your existing Vincere URL will keep working, but it will redirect into your Evo workspace.

Active Vincere users on your account are not required to sign up. Signing up for Evo is only needed for newly created Vincere users, who will need an Access Identity account to log in.

The good news: nothing about Vincere itself changes your data, features, and workflows stay exactly the same.

Using Vincere Day-to-Day

Will users still be able to access Vincere through companyname.vincere.io?

Yes — the URL still works, but it now redirects to Evo.

Entering your company.vincere.io in the browser will redirect users to the Evo login page (not the old Vincere login page). After logging in, Vincere opens as a tab inside the Evo platform.

Can I open multiple Vincere tabs at the same time?

Yes. To open additional Vincere tabs, you can duplicate a tab directly within your Evo workspace. This makes it easy to work across different records, searches, or views without losing your place.

Go to the Vincere tab and click on the 3-dot menu.

Why do some pages open in a new browser tab?

This is expected for certain types of content, particularly external links like Livelist and Candidate Job List. Vincere's core functionality stays within the Evo tab, but some external content will always open separately.

Will my bookmarks still work?

Existing bookmarks pointing to companyname.vincere.io will redirect you to your Evo workspace. We recommend updating your bookmarks to your Evo login URL for the smoothest experience.

Session and Login

Why am I being asked to log in again?

How long you stay signed in depends on your account's security settings.

If you're being logged out more often than expected, you can review the Application Session Length and Access Identity Session Length settings under Security Policies in Evo Account Settings.

  1. In Access Evo, click on your name at the top right.

  2. Click My Account and then click Security Policies

3. Click Add Security policy

4. Go to General section and choose your preference for Session

Access tokens expire after: This controls how long the tokens used to access applications last for before they need to be renewed. The default is 1 hour.

If this keeps happening every time you log in, or it feels unexpected, request human assistance through the chat messenger and we'll take a look.

Where do I reset my password?

If you're on Access Vincere Evo, your password is managed through Access Identity.

  1. Go to your Vincere URL page or Access Evo page

  2. Type in your email address

  3. Click Next

  4. Click Forgot your password

If you run into any issues resetting your password, please contact support.

I'm a new user in Evo and I don't see Vincere in the Access Menu

An Access Evo administrator needs to assign the product role for Vincere in the Members > Manage Roles.

Once the user accepts their Evo signup email, the Evo Administrator can set their Vincere role within Access Evo.

Note: If the user can't see Vincere, ask them to log out and back in. You may need to remove and re-add the role to the user.

For Administrators

How do I add new users to Vincere through Evo?

You have two options:

  • Add the user in Vincere - User Management: They'll receive a Welcome to Vincere email with a link to set up their Access Identity account. Once set up, they can access Vincere through Evo.

  • Add the user in Evo (Members area, assign the Vincere role): They'll receive an Access Evo sign-up email. Once the user accepts their Evo signup email, the Evo Administrator can set their Vincere role within Access Evo.

Either way, you need to have available Vincere seats for the user to access Vincere. if there is no seat available, the user can still use Evo platform but will not be able to use Vincere application.

Can I control which users have access to Evo products?

Yes. As an Evo Administrator, you can manage access to other Evo products (Analytics, CoPilot, Learning, etc.) through the Evo Members area, by assigning or removing the relevant product role.

Vincere user permissions are still managed through the User Management page in Vincere — that hasn't changed.

Support

Something isn't working. Who do I contact?

Request human assistance through the chat messenger on your Vincere tab.
