⭕ Email Optimisation using Evo OptimAIser
Follow these steps to optimise an Email:
Open the Email tab in Vincere.
Compose your message.
Look for the Access Evo OptimAIser button - you’ll find it:
In the Email tab.
Within Candidate or Contact profiles.
In the action list menu.
Click the OptimAIser button.
Choose a prompt:
Select from admin-defined prompts.
Or choose Custom and write your own (e.g., “Make it sound easy to understand.”).
Click Generate.
If you need a new version, just simply click Regenerate.
If you're happy with it, click Save.
⭕ Candidate Brief Creation using Evo OptimAIser
Follow these steps to optimise the Candidate Brief
Go to a Candidate Profile.
Click Add Brief and Add Note.
Click the Access Evo OptimAIser button.
Pick a standard prompt or enter a custom one.
Example: “More details and professional.”
Click Generate and watch the AI enhance your content.
⭕ Admin Controls & Prompt Management
For Admins to Manage Prompts, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings, then click on Admin Settings, and click Access Evo Settings.
In the Access Evo OptimAIser Prompt section:
Click Edit.
Click Create New Prompt to add one.
Use the ✏️ icon to edit or 🗑️ to delete.
Click Save when finished.
This keeps teams aligned and using consistent, approved messaging templates.
💡 Best Practices & Good to Know
Preserves formatting: HTML and wildcards are maintained in output (enhancement in progress).
Limitations: Some advanced features like translations, are still being improved.
Iterate freely: Use Regenerate to explore different phrasing options until it's just right.
