The Executive Brief provides a quick and sharp overview of each candidate, allowing you to write easily accessible notes directly in the candidate's profile. You can create multiple briefs, such as exec briefs, internal notes, or interview notes or anything you like!
šļø Key Features of the Executive Brief:
Multiple Briefs: Create more than one brief for different purposes.
Share with Clients: Choose which briefs to share with clients using the LiveList (more on that below).
ā How to Access the Executive Brief
1. ATS/Quick View: Create or edit a candidate's brief, or add multiple briefs by clicking the plus (+) button.
2. Candidate Profile: Navigate to the Candidate Brief section to manage your briefs.
š” PRO TIP š”
You can add unlimited briefs to a candidate's profile. However, when using the LiveList, you can only send one Executive Brief per candidate, choose which one to send.
ā Sharing Executive Briefs via LiveList
When sending a LiveList email to a client, they will receive a summary of each candidateās profile. Clients will only see the Executive Brief you choose to send, by default, they do not have access to any briefs unless you allow it.
If you can't see the option showing Executive Brief, please navigate to Settings > Admin Settings > #9. LiveListTM Settings > Enable Show Executive Brief > Click on Save.
ā How the Executive Brief is generated in Vincere based on how a candidateās CV is imported
1. Quick Add CV Parsing:
When you use the Quick Add button to parse a CV, the system does not automatically extract and display information in the Executive Brief (Notes section). So you can manually enter the desired overview in the Notes field (Executive Brief).
2. Data Import Feature (Import RƩsumƩs):
If you import CVs using the Data Import feature, the system will extract information from the document, primarily details related to the candidateās experience to populate the Executive Brief.
ā
3. LinkedIn Parsing via Velocity:
When a candidate is imported via Velocity from LinkedIn, the system pulls the Executive Brief from the candidateās āAboutā section on LinkedIn.
You can review and edit this note before saving the candidateās profile in Vincere, ensuring that the final brief reflects exactly what you want.
