⭕ Key Actions Clients Can Perform:
Initiate Interviews: Clients can schedule interviews directly from the LiveList™ page.
Rate Candidates: Clients can provide ratings for candidates.
Message Your Recruiter: Clients can communicate with your recruiter through the LiveList™ page.
Identify and Reference Candidates by Candidate ID: The Candidate ID helps clients reference candidates easily.
Check CV or Related Documents: Clients can view candidate CVs and any related documents.
Forward the List Internally: Clients can share the list with others in their team.
Reject Candidate: Clients can reject candidates they feel are not a good fit.
KIV (Keep in View): Clients can mark candidates to keep in view for future opportunities
⭕ Filtering Options:
Clients can filter candidates using various criteria:
Stages: Rejected, CV received, KIV (Keep in View), 1st Interview, 2nd+ Interview, Offer, Hired.
Rating: Filter candidates based on their ratings.
Received Date: Filter by a range of received dates.

Candidate ID:
Purpose: To easily identify and reference candidates.
Customization: You can show or hide the Candidate ID column (new setting in Admin Settings and Job LiveList™ settings).
Default Setting: The Candidate ID column is not toggled on by default.
Use Case: Especially useful in LiveList™/Floated LiveList™ where the candidate’s name is hidden or anonymous. The Candidate ID allows clients to reference candidates accurately when communicating with recruiters.
Candidate's Photo:
Purpose: Provides a visual identification of the candidate.
Customization: You can show or hide the Candidate Photo column (new setting in Admin Settings and Job LiveList™ settings).
Candidate Job Title:
Purpose: Displays the job title for easy reference.
Customization: You can show or hide the Candidate Job Title column (new setting in Admin Settings and Job LiveList™ settings).
Job Location:
Purpose: Shows the location of the job the candidate applied for.
Customization: You can show or hide the Job Location column (new setting in Admin Settings and Job LiveList™ settings).
Candidate's Current Company:
Purpose: Indicates the current employer of the candidate.

Executive Brief:
Purpose: Provides a summarized overview of the candidate’s profile.

Received Date & Time:
Purpose: Shows when the candidate’s application or profile was received.

Candidate Stage | Status:
Purpose: Displays the current stage and status of the candidate in the recruitment process.

Purpose: Provides additional detail about the candidate's current status.
