This article explains how to connect the HireAra candidate presentation tool to Vincere so your recruiters can create branded candidate documents and save them directly back into the CRM without leaving Vincere.

Set Up the Candidate Presentation Integration
Log in to Vincere, then contact the Vincere support team to request the integration details for HireAra.
When you receive the integration details, note the Client ID and API Key that Vincere Support provides.
While you are still logged in to Vincere, copy the full URL from your browser’s address bar.
Send the Client ID, API Key, and your Vincere URL to your HireAra account lead so they can start the integration on their side.
In Vincere, click Settings, then click Marketplace.
Find the HireAra tile in the Marketplace, then click it.
Click the Setup tab on the HireAra tile, then turn Enable on for the integration.
Ask each user who will access HireAra to open the HireAra integration in Vincere, then sign in to Vincere when prompted to grant HireAra access to their Vincere account. This authorisation is only required once per user.

Understand How the HireAra Integration Works
Upload a candidate file to the candidate record in Vincere as usual.
Open the HireAra integration, then select the candidate file you want to use.
Use the integrated HireAra iframe to create a new formatted candidate presentation document using HireAra’s editing features.
Save the formatted document so it is stored back against the candidate in Vincere.
This integration lets you work with HireAra’s full editing capabilities directly inside Vincere, so you can create branded, high-impact candidate documents without switching systems.
Get Started with HireAra
In Vincere, click Settings, then click Marketplace.
Locate the HireAra tile, then follow the link to the HireAra website to set up your HireAra account or book a demo with their team.
After your HireAra account is created, complete the setup steps in Set Up the Candidate Presentation Integration so your recruiters can start using HireAra from within Vincere.
