Application Source: Tracks where each application originated, such as job boards, referrals, or direct applications.
Candidate Source: Tracks where the candidate initially came from, regardless of how many applications they submit.
⭕ How to View and Edit Application Sources
Navigate to the Application Table in Vincere. Here, you can see various columns of data for each application.
By default, the Application Source column is visible in the table. If it’s not, you can adjust your table settings to display it.
Edit the Application Source:
To modify the source of an application, click the blue pencil icon in the Application Source column.
A list of available sources will appear, which matches the options in the Candidate Source list.

⭕ Why Use Application Source Tracking?
Cost-Effectiveness Analysis: By tracking application sources, you can assess which platforms or sources yield the most qualified candidates, helping to optimize your recruitment budget.
Multi-Source Tracking: Unlike candidate source tracking, which records the initial entry point of a candidate, application source tracking allows you to track different sources for each application, even for the same candidate.
