The Data Sources Dashboard allows you to see where your Candidates or Contacts are coming from and how successful these sources are in the Business Development or Recruitment process.

The Candidate Source Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your recruitment efforts, enabling you to make data-driven decisions.

  • By understanding which sources bring in the most candidates and lead to successful placements, you can streamline your recruitment process, allocate resources more efficiently, and ultimately improve your overall hiring success rate.

⭕ Accessing the Data Sources Dashboard

1. Navigate to Vincere Intelligence:

  • Go to the Vincere Intelligence section.

2. Access Data Sources:

  • Within Intelligence, select 'Data Sources'

⭕ Understanding the Dashboard

From the pie charts, you can visualize:

  • New Candidates Added: The total number of new candidates added for the selected time period.

  • Interviews Arranged: The total number of interviews scheduled in the 1st or 2nd+ interview stages.

  • Placements Made: The total number of placements made.

⭕ Filters Available on the Candidate Sources Dashboard

To refine your data analysis, the dashboard offers a variety of filters, including:

  • Date: Select specific time periods to analyze candidate sources.

  • Location: Filter by geographic location.

  • Brand: Focus on specific company brands.

  • Division: Narrow down by divisions within your organization.

  • Team: Analyze data by team.

  • Consultant: Filter results by individual consultants.

  • Consultant Status: View data based on consultant activity status.

  • Job Category: Focus on specific job categories.

  • Job Type: Filter by types of jobs, such as full-time or part-time.

  • Source Type: Analyze data by different source types.

  • Source Name: View performance by individual source names.

  • Currency: Filter data based on currency.

⭕ Analyzing Performance

Top Performing Sources:

  • Scroll down to view your top-performing sources.

In the 'New Candidates by Month' graph, you can identify which sources have brought in the most candidates. You can filter these results by various time periods for a more detailed analysis.

By leveraging the Data Sources Dashboard and its extensive filters, you can optimize your recruitment strategy and focus on the most productive channels, ensuring a higher rate of successful placements.
