The Forecaster Dashboard is a vital tool for revenue prediction and workforce planning, offering a detailed analysis of your active jobs, candidates, and pipeline to optimize your business performance.

β How to Access The Forecaster Dashboard?
To access The Forecaster Dashboard, simply navigate to the Intelligence icon in the left-side panel > then click on The Forecaster

If you don't see The Forecaster Dashboard, you may need permission to view it. Follow the steps below based on your role:

β Understanding the Metrics
The dashboard is divided into three main tabs, each providing specific insights:
π Best Case
This tab offers an estimate of the potential revenue based on all active jobs in Vincere with a headcount of at least one.
Header
You can filter the Best Case based on the expected placement date to see the revenue you can expect to generate in the given time frame or a custom date range - The custom date range is set in Filters once the option above has been set to βCustomβ
This dashboard shows you a βBest Caseβ figure, a βMost Likelyβ figure, and the Forecasting data on an individual job basis.
Best Case - This shows a total revenue figure for all Open Jobs with an Active Headcount of at least 1, in the filtered time frame. (i.e - If you were to fill all active jobs in Vincere what revenue would this generate)
This is based on the expected booked date.

USE AI - Showing you the ratio used to calculate the Most Likely figure
Use AI = Based on system averages (what % of Jobs progress to Placement)
% Chance to Placement = Set manually in the Job Profile

Most Likely - The revenue expected to be generated from the active jobs in Vincere (Best Case x Use AI)
βActive Jobs - The number of individual Open Jobs with an active headcount of at least 1
βActive Candidates - The Number of unique Candidates currently in an active application process
If a single Candidate has ongoing applications at 3 separate Jobs then that is only counted as 1 Candidate.

Active Application - The total number of active applications in Vincere
If a single Candidate has ongoing applications at 3 separate Jobs then that will be counted as 3 separate Applications
Forecasting Section:
Forecasting section in Job Profile (at the bottom of Details page) where you can manually set % chance to placement.

% chance to placement can also be automated based on the ATS Stage
Settings > Admin Settings > System Preferences > 8. Placement Probability by Stage
Table View
Displays you all the individual Active Jobs that make up the data in the Forecaster, with details of the Jobs, the Best Case fee, and the expected placement date.
π Active Pipeline
This dashboard highlights the aging of jobs, candidates, and applications in the system filtered by the highest stage of the application.
This shows the average aging of each application stage as well as highlights the last activity date for individual records inside the system.
π€ Key Feature
The purpose of the Active Pipeline dashboard is to monitor/track the old outdated jobs in the system in order to remove them from your forecaster dashboard and Identify records with no recent updates.
π This way your predicted revenue will remain accurate.

You can switch between viewing the aging of Jobs, Candidates & Applications by using the icon in the top right corner of the chart.
This tab tracks the aging of jobs, candidates, and applications in your system, focusing on outdated records that may skew revenue predictions.
π All active Jobs or Candidates are filtered by the highest stage of the application.

This dashboard evaluates the momentum of active jobs, providing insights into where to focus your efforts.
ποΈ Key Metrics & Feature
Momentum Status: Identifies jobs with positive, stalled, or no momentum.
Effort vs. Revenue: Highlights jobs requiring high effort for low revenue generation.
Job Aging: Tracks how long each job has been open.
π Helps prioritize jobs by balancing input and outcome, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
β Definition of Filter Factors
Definition of factors in the filter board on the right-hand side:
Custom Date: Determine the time period
The custom date range is set in Filters once the option above has been set to βCustomβ
Locations: Filter by each office location or multiple locations.
Locations can be configured in Settings > Groups, Tags & Locations > Location
Brand: Filter by consultant's brand or multiple brands.
Brand (Job): Filter by Job's brand or multiple brands.
Division: Filter by consultant's division or multiple divisions.
Team: Filter by consultant's team or multiple teams.
Team can be configured in Settings > Groups, Tags & Locations > Groups
Consultant: Filter by individual consultant or multiple consultants, including active & inactive consultants.
Consultants can be managed in Settings > User Management.
Consultant Status: Filter by Active / Inactive users / both.
Job Category: Filter by activities linked to Jobs / linked to Job Leads / No Job link.
Job type: Permanent, Contractual, Project Based, Regular, and Temporary.
Stage: Filter by stages (No Applications, Applications, Shortlisted, Sent, 1st Interview, 2nd+ Interview, Offered) or multiple stages.
Most Likely By: Filter by Use AI or Manual - set in job.
Industry: Filter by job industries or multiple industries.
Currency: (defaulted to the currency set on the User Settings), or you can select the desired currency.
Company ID: copy and paste the company ID to see stats related to that single company only.
