Sharing candidate documents with clients through the Client Portal is a quick and efficient way to manage information. Follow these simple steps to share documents from a candidate's profile to the Client Portal.
⭕ Steps to Share Candidate Documents to the Client Portal
Navigate to the specific candidate profile in Vincere
Once in the candidate profile, go to the Files tab where all uploaded documents are listed.
Find the 'Client Portal' Column
If you don't see this column, follow the next step.
Add the 'Client Portal' Column: Go to Table Views & Configuration in the Files tab and add the Client Portal column to your layout.
Tick the Box to Share the Document:
Next to the document you want to share, tick the box in the Client Portal column. This will make the document visible to your client in the Client Portal.
💡 PRO TIP: Save this as your default column layout for the Files tab to streamline future document sharing.
⭕ Client Access to Shared Documents
Once you’ve shared the document, your client can access it by logging into their Client Portal and navigating to the Employee tab.
