Feature Highlights:
The Job Portal is no longer dependent on the Candidate Portal.
Candidates can now apply for jobs without having to log in or register for an account.
1/ Allow Candidates to apply for jobs without having to register a candidate account
In the Admin Dashboard > Settings > Site, a new setting has been added where Admin users can set that candidates don't have to create an account or log in to the candidate portal to apply for a job.
Currently, all candidates are asked to create an account before they can apply for a job. Untick the box to use the new workflow.
What happens now?
The candidate can apply for a job without logging in or registering a Candidate Portal account.
Candidate profiles will be created in Vincere if the candidate’s email addresses don’t exist in Vincere yet.
Applications will be added to the candidate profiles if the candidates already exist in Vincere.
Will the candidate be automatically invited to create an account in the portal?
You can decide this by ticking the box:
When the Candidate Invitation Email is checked, the system will send the Invitation Email to the Candidate automatically (if the candidate has no existing account only)
When it's unticked, a user in Vincere can manually invite the candidate(s) by using the action "Invite to Portals"
2/ When the Job Portal is disabled, the Job Alerts table will be automatically hidden from the Candidate Portal.
This setting can be found in the Admin Dashboard > Settings > Site
In the Candidate Portal, the Job Alerts table is removed in the My Profile section.
You can also hide the Applications and Job Consent tables. This can be done in the Candidate Portal customizer.
3/ When the Job Portal is disabled, any job titles in the Candidate Portal will not be hyperlinked to the Job’s details page.
4/ CV Submission page
A new page is available in the Customizer. This allows the candidate to submit their CV (they don't have to create a candidate portal account or apply for a job).
Admin users can set up email notifications and select recipients for the notification. The recipient (s) does not have to be a Vincere user.
What happens in Vincere?
Candidate profiles will be created in Vincere if the candidate’s email addresses don’t exist in Vincere yet.
Uploaded files will be added to the Files tab on the candidate profiles if the candidates already exist in Vincere.
