Minor user interface updates for both the Job and Candidate Portals.

Candidates/visitors to your Job Portal / Job listing page can now click the recruiter’s email and phone number.

When clicked, this will automatically start the default email/phone app on your device.

Note: The recruiter displayed in the Job's Details page is the Job Owner set on Vincere. All the recruiter's information is pulled from their User Settings.

There are 2 default fields in the Expertise section that can't be toggled off.
