This article is relevant only for customers who have access to the Job Portal & Candidate Portal module on Vincere Portals (Digital)
Administrators have the option to select between two application flows.

In the Admin Dashboard > Settings > Site, navigate to the Candidate Application setting.
Enabling this option requires candidates to either create a new account or log in to an existing one before proceeding with job applications.
Ensure that the Candidate Portal is activated within the Admin Settings as well.

In the Admin Dashboard > Settings > Site, disabling the Candidate Application setting to allow candidates to apply for a job without a candidate portal account.
How does this work?
Candidates have the option to apply for a job without the necessity of logging in or registering a Candidate Portal account.
If the candidate's email addresses are not currently registered in Vincere, their profiles will be generated upon application submission.
For candidates already existing within Vincere, applications will be added to the candidate profiles in Vincere.β
Enabling the Candidate Invitation Email feature triggers the system to automatically send an invitation email to candidates. If the option is disabled, a user within Vincere can manually send the invitation email to candidates using the "Invite to Portals" action.
