This feature allows clients to provide multiple available time slots for interviews, giving candidates the flexibility to choose the most convenient time for them. Here's how it works and how you can leverage it in your recruitment process.

⭕ What is Time Slot Functionality?
Time slots enable clients to offer several interview time options to candidates. Once a client provides availability, the candidate can select the time that suits them best.

1. Client-Generated Time Slots:
Your Clients can generate/ create multiple interview time slots when arranging interviews through the Live List.
📌 This is especially useful when scheduling interviews with candidates who have different availability.
2. Candidate Choice:
Candidates can view the time slots provided by the client and choose their preferred interview time.
3. Tracking Time Slots:
To track and manage interview time slots, you go to the Sent Stage Table View in Vincere.
Ensure the Application Status column is visible (add the column by navigating to the Table View & Configuration), and look for the green envelope icon.
👉 Clicking this will display the available time slots provided by the client along with the scheduled interview time for the candidate.
⭕ Do Candidates Pick Their Own Interview Slots?
Yes, candidates have the ability to select the interview time that works best for them from the time slots provided by the client. Here's how it works:
Time Slot Availability: After the client provides several time slots, candidates receive the available options.
Candidate Selection: The candidate can then pick one of the available slots, and that becomes the confirmed interview time.

When your client accesses the Live List to arrange interviews, they can create multiple time slots for candidates to choose from.
View Time Slots in Vincere:
In the Sent Stage table view, add the Application Status column to monitor the interview stages.
Click on the green envelope icon next to the application to view the available time slots provided by the client and the interview time selected by the candidate.
