All about Job Table View in Vincere πŸ‘‡

When you navigate to the Jobs tab, you're immediately presented with a clear Table view of all your jobs - But what can you actually see and do here? πŸ€”

β­• Pipeline

This is your Job Pipeline. The numbers clearly show you how many applications you have in each stage (learn about the traffic light system and what the numbers all mean HERE).

You can also hide this row by clicking the Table filter button and disabling the Pipeline view.

Here in the search table you can search specifically within the Job table. This search covers the Job Title, contact name, and Company name fields, returning relevant Job results based on your specified criteria.

β­• Custom Columns

In the table view, you have the flexibility to customize what you see. Each user can select the columns that are important to you and personalize your own Smart View in the Job tab.

Here, you can apply a range of filters to customize your own Job table view.

At the top of your Job table, you ae also able to see your Floated Candidate.

But if you don't want to see it, simply hide this row by clicking the Table filter button and disable the Floated Candidates.

Last but not least, this is where you can quickly check all the necessary information such as JOBS, ACTIVE CANDIDATES, ACTIVE APPLICATIONS, FORECAST FEES and BOOKED FEES.
