Companies Table View

Learn how to use the Companies tab to view your company pipeline, search the company table, apply filters, and manage table columns.

This article explains the main features in the Companies tab so you can quickly review your company pipeline, find records in the table view, and customise the columns you want to see.


Navigate the Companies Tab

  1. Click Companies to open the company table view.

  2. Review the Pipeline at the top of the page to see how companies are grouped by stage.

  3. Use the Search field to search within the company table.

  4. Click the filter button next to the search field to apply filters to the table.

  5. Click the column configuration icon to choose which columns you want to display in the table view.

Understand the Company Pipeline

The pipeline at the top of the Companies tab shows your company stages and the number of records in each stage. You can tailor the chevron titles to match your business workflow.

Pipeline Stages

All Companies

  • The large black number shows the total number of companies in this stage at that point in time.

  • The X symbol shows rejected companies.

  • The orange number shows pending companies.

Prospect

  • The large black number shows the total number of prospect companies in this stage at that point in time.

  • The X symbol shows rejected companies.

  • The orange number shows pending companies.

Engaged

  • The large black number shows the total number of engaged companies in this stage at that point in time.

  • The X symbol shows rejected companies.

  • The orange number shows pending companies.

Terms Signed

  • The large black number shows the total number of companies that have signed terms in this stage at that point in time.

  • The X symbol shows rejected companies.

  • The orange number shows pending companies.

  • The green tick shows successful companies.

Job Leads

  • The large black number shows the total number of job leads in this stage at that point in time.

  • The X symbol shows closed job leads.

  • The orange number shows open job leads.

  • The green tick shows job leads converted to jobs.

Search the Company Table

  1. Click inside the Search field in the Companies tab.

  2. Enter the company name or other details you want to find.

  3. Review the filtered results in the company table.


Apply Table Filters

  1. Click the filter button next to the Search field.

  2. Select the filters you want to apply to the company table.

  3. Review the updated table results to find the records you need.


Customise Table Columns

  1. Click the column configuration icon in the company table view.

  2. Select the columns you want to display.

  3. Save or apply your changes if prompted.

  4. Review the updated table layout.

Best Practices

  • Use the search field before applying filters when you need to find a specific company quickly.

  • Customise your columns so the table shows the information most relevant to your role.

  • Review the pipeline regularly to monitor company progress across each stage.
