1. Close a job

A job can be closed at any given time in Vincere regardless of the status of any Candidate(s).

To close a job head to list of Jobs > Select a Job > Actions > Close

🔥 PRO TIP: You can close as many jobs as you like all in one click. Simply select all the jobs you want to close > Actions > Close.

You can also close a job from within the job profile. Select a Job > Actions > Close:

Before closing a job, we'll ask you 3 things:

1. The reason why you’re closing the jobs(s)?

2. If you want to reject the active candidates and cancel interviews with candidates and contacts?

3. If you want to send thank you letter to the rejected candidates?

🔥 IMPORTANT: Once a candidate is placed in a job, the job will be closed automatically IF the job headcount has been met. You do not need to manually close jobs after each placement.

Bulk Close jobs

To bulk close multiple jobs, you need to select the open jobs you want to close and select close in the action list. Type in the reason and select if you would like to reject the active candidates and send a “Thank You” letter to the rejected candidates, then click save

2. Reopen a closed job

Need to place more candidates in a closed job, but stuck on how to reopen the job?

There are 2 ways to reopen a job:

1. From the Job's Chevron select any closed jobs > Actions > Reopen:

2. Within the Job profile > Actions > Reopen > Update the headcount > Save

🔥 PRO TIP: There is no limit on the headcount. You can place as many people as you like!

Bulk Reopen Jobs

Just select the jobs you want to reopen and click Reopen Job and increase the headcount and click on Save

These will be logged as a comment in activities of the Job:

3. Tracking and Filtering Closed Jobs

Tracking Closed Jobs by date

To track closed jobs and when they were closed, you can add a column called Closed Date

The closed date will update with the date when:

  1. A Job is closed when the placed candidates meet the intended headcount.

  2. A job is manually closed

  3. A job is closed by modifying the current headcount of the job

NOTE: This field will be blank if a job has been re-opened.

You can filter the date by using the closed date column and entering the date range

Filtering Closed Jobs

If you would like to see only closed jobs in the table view, you can use the table filters and select closed jobs only.

This should show you a list of closed jobs.
