Keep scrolling to find out what's new ⬇️

✨ Vincere in Access Evo (Native in Tab)

Vincere is now available directly inside the Access Evo platform, giving you access to all your Access products in one place.

Vincere in Evo is being rolled out in batches across all customers. Watch out for announcements on your account for more details.

πŸ‘‰ What's New

Vincere now appears as a tab within Access Evo

Once you are in Evo platform, you can switch between Vincere and other Access products without leaving the platform.

πŸ’‘ Why It Matters

Native in Tab brings Vincere into your central Access workspace, reducing the need to switch between separate applications. Everything you need is in one place.

✨ Archive Company

You can now archive companies you're no longer actively working with keeping your workspace clean without ever losing a single record. Everything is preserved, and you can bring a company back at any time.

πŸ‘‰ What's New

New Action for Company Records in Vincere

A new Archive option is available in the action menu (3-dot menu) on the company list and company profile.

Note: This feature is available for Vincere sites that are in Evo.

Archiving a company works the same way as archiving a candidate, the record is soft deleted, meaning it's removed from your table views and searches but never permanently gone.

If the Hide Archived Companies filter is unticked on the Companies table filter, archived records remain visible but are marked in red with an Archived label beside the company name.

Opening an archived company's profile shows a banner with who archived it, when, and the reason given.

Every archive action is automatically logged in the company's Activities tab.

Vincere administrator can restore or permanently delete archived companies anytime from General Settings β†’ Archive Companies.

Select a company and choose Unarchive to restore it, bringing it back to the companies list and search.

To permanently delete it from Vincere, click on the delete icon.

Archive Company in Navigator
Navigator is available as part of the Early Adopter Program (EAP).

If your site has Navigator enabled, you can access Archive Company in two ways:

  1. Quick Actions β€” archive a company directly from the Navigator Quick Actions list.

2. Quick Sections β€” open the Archived Companies table from Navigator's Quick Sections to view, search, restore, or permanently delete archived companies.

When archiving, you'll be prompted to enter a Reason for archiving.

These actions are logged in the company record in Vincere.

πŸ’‘ Why It Matters

  • Deleting a company used to mean losing everything, contacts, placements, and history permanently.

  • Archiving gives you a safe, reversible way to tidy up your company list at any time.

  • Dormant clients are kept out of your active views but are always there when you need them again.

✨ Outbox Folder

A new Outbox folder in your Emails area gives you full visibility of outgoing emails so you always know whether a message was delivered, sent via a backup address, or failed.

Note: This feature is available for Vincere sites that are in Evo.

πŸ‘‰ What's New

Outbox Folder in Vincere Emails
A new Outbox folder appears in your Emails section, showing emails that are still sending, were sent via a backup address, or failed to send.

The Outbox shows only your sent emails and not those from other users in your organisation.

Each email shows one of three clear statuses:

  • Processing β€” the email is still being sent.

  • Sent (Fallback) β€” the email was sent, but from a backup address because your own email connection couldn't send it.

  • Failed β€” the email could not be sent. The reason is shown so you know what to do next.

For bulk sends, open the group to see a breakdown of recipients β€” how many were sent, fell back to a backup address, or failed.

Outbox in Navigator

Navigator is available as part of the Early Adopter Program (EAP).

If your site has Navigator enabled, you can access it as a Quick Section in Navigator for fast access without navigating to the Emails area.

*NEW* Email Fallback Settings (Admins)
A new Email Fallback Settings option is available under Admin Settings β†’ Email Settings.

Use the Enable Email Sending Fallback switch to control what happens if a user's email connection fails:

  • On β€” Vincere automatically sends from your organisation's backup (System Mail) address so the message still goes out.

  • Off β€” the email is not sent from a backup; it appears in the Outbox as Failed with the reason shown.

The settings screen shows who last changed this setting and when, for accountability.

For existing customers, the fallback setting is ON by default (no change to your current behaviour)
