Use this guide to find and edit Shift scheduler email templates in Vincere, including shift booking emails to workers, shift invitations, cancellation emails, acceptance/decline notifications to users, and sync failure alerts.

Use this guide to locate and edit email templates in the Shift scheduler (8) group. Each section below explains what the template is used for and how to find it in Email templates.


How to locate and edit email template 19.1: Shift booked β†’ Worker

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a worker when a shift is booked.

Template Details:

  • Category: Shift scheduler

  • Template ID: 19.1

  • Name: Shift booked β†’ Worker

  • Recipient Type: Worker

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select Shift scheduler.

  3. Choose 19.1 Shift booked β†’ Worker.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group Shift scheduler is selected.

  • The template 19.1 Shift booked β†’ Worker is highlighted.

  • Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.


How to locate and edit email template 19.2: Shift cancelled β†’ Worker

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a worker when a shift is cancelled.

Template Details:

  • Category: Shift scheduler

  • Template ID: 19.2

  • Name: Shift cancelled β†’ Worker

  • Recipient Type: Worker

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select Shift scheduler.

  3. Choose 19.2 Shift cancelled β†’ Worker.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group Shift scheduler is selected.

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a worker when you invite them to a shift.

  • Name: Shift invitation β†’ Worker

  • Recipient Type: Worker

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the notification email you receive when a worker accepts a shift.

Template Details:

  • Template ID: 19.4

  • Name: Shift accepted β†’ User

  • Recipient Type: User

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select Shift scheduler.

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the notification email you receive when a worker declines a shift.

Template Details:

  • Category: Shift scheduler

  • Template ID: 19.5

  • Name: Shift declined β†’ User

  • Recipient Type: User

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select Shift scheduler.

  3. Choose 19.5 Shift declined β†’ User.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group Shift scheduler is selected.

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a contact when you send a client booking from Shift scheduler.

Template Details:

  • Category: Shift scheduler

  • Template ID: 19.6

  • Name: Send Client Booking β†’ Contact

  • Recipient Type: Contact

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select Shift scheduler.
