Use this guide to locate and edit email templates in the Approval process (5) group. Each section below explains what the template is used for and how to find it in Email templates.


How to locate and edit email template 15.1: Approval reminder β†’ User

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the reminder email sent to a user about a pending approval.

Template Details:

  • Category: Approval process

  • Template ID: 15.1

  • Name: Approval reminder β†’ User

  • Recipient Type: User

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select Approval process.

  3. Choose 15.1 Approval reminder β†’ User.

  4. Select Default variant (or your custom variant).

  • In the left panel, the group Approval process is selected.

  • The template 15.1 Approval reminder β†’ User is highlighted.

  • Under it, Default is visible as the variant option.


How to locate and edit email template 15.2: Email notification to new approver β†’ User

Purpose: Use this template when you want to edit the email sent to a user when they are added as a new approver.

Template Details:

  • Category: Approval process

  • Template ID: 15.2

  • Name: Email notification to new approver β†’ User

  • Recipient Type: User

Clear Navigation Steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then click Email templates.

  2. In the left panel, select Approval process.
